It looks like its getting ready to gap again. I'm thinking to the downside since most central banks are coming out dovish. Japanese might be the same, the risk has increased the the BOJ doesn't raise rates, and thats why your seeing a bullish tint to the USD versus other pairs. There is a flag /compression pattern setting up.
I do like the dollar yen here, i did notice a possible breakdown on my 60 min chart, and the test right where she is now at 35, id be short till the sterling hit 8525 what the heck.. stop on the dollar yen at 55

LOL, what is your day time occupation kenny?,my one alarm is set for 245 i usually see some nice trades going on then, and my regular alarm is set for 415 to leave at 5.

Cable has gone essentially flat, trading in something like a 5 pip range for over an hour and a half. I am expecting an imminent breakout and I am expecting one more puch to the upside before this pair tumbles, although it may not do so for a few days.
The recent pennant gives me potential targets of 1.8423 and 1.8491, while calculations based on the double bottom suggest a possible target of 1.8528. I am thinking that the upside is more likely at present.
Is anyone else expecting this pair to go up on the short term?
Kenny any profitable trades last night or today?, I was not open last night, but did catch usdjpy at the first attempt at 115.50 for a quick scalp to 115.39, then did nothing else, usually if i have one profitable trade at work, the odds of a second profitable trade drop dramatically especially since i cant get a feel for the market over my pda.
