Was suppose to come down , Then it goes up , Where have i gone wrong ,

ok the 1st one was too far away - never buy after a big buy what for a retracement
the 2nd you took the wrong way
go with the 200 and you want slope on it on the 200 it will be a small amount

also all the extra just confuses have just what you need nothing more on your charts

Hello Teb and everyone! I ran across this thread whilhe I was on deployment, so I had time to read the thread and when I got home, give it a try for myself. First trade using the World's Simplest System. I took this trade off of the M5. I havn't modified my fibs yet, but I already hit 1:1 on this trade.

Heres one that I am looking at today. Pending order on AUD/USD on the H1. Its way below the 200ema on the H4 and the D1. I have tried to set up my fibs, but for some reason just can't figure it out. Although, I do know how to figure out were to take profits.

EDIT: Ended up heading the other direction. Canceled my pending order.

Currently watching the GBP/USD on H1. I have a pending order set. Looking at the D1 and H4, price is above the 200ema on the H1 (Pic Below), price is below the 200 (purple MA) and looks to be forming a 1 2 3. Still havn't figured out how to set up the fibs to show my TP, but looking at 1.6398x as TP1.

I made with this strat +100% in last 4 weeks.(2%Risk) W1/D1/H4/H1 and without TP. THX TEB!

This is a very interesting thread to follow and I will do just that but it seems the thread is getting quiet lately. Hope to try out this strategy next week and maybe make it part of my trading strategy.

this strategy is fantastic on the 4hr, success rate is between 65-85%. However I have given up on the 15 min, it really is a mess for me.

do you have any other strategies to recommend, teb? Cuz on 4hr I only see 4-5 solid setups per year on each pair

My humble question:
Shall we draw S/R lines from the higher TF before we trade/entry at lower timeframe?
I didn't notice any SR lines being draw by TED, but I wonder is that important??

Hi ted, how you are doing well..

Here my second question on this system, hope I get some answers...

My observation:
Sometime even though price are above EMA200 for Week and Day chart, but you can see they are moving downward to the direction of EMA200.
And in 4Hour price is below EMA200.
In this case are we still 123 pattern uptrend follow your rule?

If we trade 123 to the upside, sometime our entry not hit, sometime our entry got hit but immediately turn to losing trade (M double top pattern)...I try to place my entry a few pips away from 100%fib but most of time it will get hit (by a long tail candle) and turn to lose after that...

am I missing anything?...

This sounds good but I prefer to trade using strictly support and resistance. I notice that the daily levels high and low when broken are very important. How do others feel about this?

1 2 3 on the 4 hour going the wrong way would kill any possible trade set up for me
