I just downloaded it today and it is working. The screenshot does not look like the right indicator, it should say "forex_laser_scalper_v3.9".

that seems to be correct.. if in doubt just google up the current GMT time and compare it against your marketwatch...

Everyone who can't see the arrows, please remember to check "Allow DLL imports", otherwise you'll be staring at a blank chart.
