I haven't got a frggin' clue m8, have they?You're getting closer with the squares. Its a measure of continuous trending activity, and I use the term trending loosely - "strength of candle": no, strength of move: yes.
Where is it likely that traders went long or short from?
There are no magic timeframes, no magic bar formations,
Bend Time With Stale Wind gives a better visualisation of how the market is moving when all we have to work with is a fix sampled digital representation of an analogue entity. Fixed sampling + smoothing is no good if you want to see momentum. There are no timeframes, they do not exist, price is where price is on any chart. The fixed data compression showing past movement means...not a lot

If you're trading H4 (lol), you're trading a breakout of something roughly apparent on M15 for visual clarity
If you're trading H1, you're trading a breakout roughly apparent on M5 for visual clarity
