indeed the Yen turns are not easy to grap, at least I can say, did it all to myself with the stupid stop change to BE, should have waited for a HH on daily, now we have a LL on daily there so bears may be on....

The current rebound in EUR/USD could reach the 1.3700-1.3750 area says Morgan Stanley, but any such move should be viewed as a selling opportunity. The bank notes recent ECB commentary has turned dovish once again, with members suggesting possible negative deposit rates: such a move would be an outright EUR negative. Now at 1.3625, MS says the key level to watch is 1.3550 as a break below would generate a bearish signal and open the downside toward the recent 1.3475 low, and then the 200 DMA near 1.34

EUR/USD's near half-cent spike has run into resistance at 1.3685. Commerzbank technical analyst Karen Jones says, above here, the recent 1.3735-40 high and Fibonacci level should cap. Longer-term Jones retains a negative bias given recent topside failure ahead of the 2008-2014 downtrend line at 1.3873. Now at 1.3670

GBP/USD just broke to a fresh 3-week high of 1.6636 which just happens to be where its 200-Month Moving Average is. Above here, resistance is at 1.6667, the peak going back to May 2011, and then 1.6745, the April 2011 high which is also the highest point since November 2009

Sterling strength and Aussie weakness are the two recent significant changes seen in Standard Bank's trading model. While the indictors are not yet recommending being short AUD, they do signal that some long-sterling positions look attractive. The bank recommends long GBP/JPY from 169.70, targeting 171.75 with a protective stop at 165.60, and short EUR/GBP from 0.8215, targeting 0.8125 with a stop up at 0.8410.
