Great to hear that you have utilize spinal adjustment do you have someone adjusting you or you are able to perform the maneuver yourself?

this is interesting - could you please shed more light on the warrior monk and the technique? I am interested in knowing more..

generally try this see if you feels it.
hold palms together stretched forward straight.
No use any force
head like held by a string.
then turn left and right slow, cannot use any strength.
feel stretch on upper spine. Then bob head like a turtle.
that the streightening process.
for lower spine, lay flat on floor, lift knee to midsection and left right slow motion.
That realigns lower spine.

if you have body problems.
Otherwise if you have good mobility try sifu hwangs chi warm up also helps.
make sure breathing is in sync.
focus energy to dantian.
watch his knee hip alighment carefully

do i bob up looking straight or do i bob up when head is at left, and again when right?

ok, so i standstill, look straight, lift up hand and make it parrallel to floor. close palm, shift hand as far to left as possible while still looking straight and my feet pointing straight. hand should remain close. head held like string. then bob head up.

i feel something wanna give away and there is like a incomplete movement like something stuck. is the bobbing one slow action or one swift action?

yup, my palm was in clapping position , gotten the motion, will practice it again in a shortwhile as i turn until no sound already

floor exercise?
what part of hug self you not understand?
is hug own shoulders, snap twist
then for rib align check.
hug self under arm pit left to right , right to left , snap twist.
use momentum no use energy.
The hug restrains over twist according to your body diamentions.

if all ok feels nice hug lor.
if feels cracks or pain, see doc lor.
if pains , mostly is something not in its normal position already.
