no, mostly searching for the extremes, swings and counters, AUDNZD long was a nice one though exited to early, missed the UC drop from 1,12 on a hair, currently only position is a long in HKG33 from 21250 swingtrade, waiting for UJ longs below 100 and USD/SGD longs around 1,2640 both swing and bastard beating.
Another favorite BUNDS short hurt me a bit by bad timing, tend to try some scalps if nothing else presents but mostly regret doing so

Morning. Here a link to the (german) press statement of the german constitutional court. I'm still reading and will be again, because it's difficult to understand. But this could be a problem/gamechanger. As far as I get it, they say that the ecb overstepped their mandate, which would mean the german government would have to act. So they have to find out if OMT was alright by european laws...

Edit: interesting read, but the consequences are difficult to estimate for me. I will have to rely on the press coverage today/tomorrow in Germany. The fact: the decision on ESM and EFSF will be published on March, 18th. Regarding OMT: grave doubts, that it is covered by european law, so they ask the european constitutional court.

I don't believe this is trivial. IMO this is about the fundamental understanding of the european unification process and the european court cannot answer nonchalontely. And the ECB will have to clarify, maybe tweak their policy. This would change the effectivity of Draghi's "whatever it takes"-approach.

Furthermore there will be consequences in Germany's inner politics, although subdued because of the grand coalition.

sounds good bear, not familiar with what you're trading though, but nice to hear about bigger swings.. it's a bit confusing reading about scalps all the time in this thread, but thats prolly because I don't do it I guess..

I realized that I probably got overenthusiastic about the short-term significance of it. Maybe the real meaning is the can is kicked further down the road, gaining time for the EU to 'solve' the crisis before we have a messy discussion about the legal foundation and/or democratic legitimacy of the actions. EU and equities have shrugged off this particular news...

On trading: waiting for NFP. Have a pending long GU @6296 which obviously wasn't triggerd. Tried to short the UJ yesterday and failed. EA: waiting for my target @1.488 to be hit, alternatively I have a pending short further up.

too bad about your cable limit, would like to see a test of 1.643x, but so far 1.634x is acting as a pretty solid resistance and maybe we test 1.627x again, I don't know.. in the dax I have resistance at 932x / 938x and support at 907x/911x.. maybe some setups in the euro next week, but so far nothing in the euro this week..

I don't trade it, but seeing some resistance at 178x/9x.. the dax made a similar strong bounce from the bottom, but I'm not convinced about this being the bottom atm, I could be wrong though.. maybe we'll get some clues later..
