I understand what u r saying about time frame but the problem with me is I am very busy person ,I cant give the emotional focus it require to play small time frame,i need more time to thinks and plan.so its very plain to me now
1)take position in the direction of major trend with carry in ur favour
2)take central bankers seriously and try not to make and give too many interpretation and take them at face value
3)wait for the trend to correct.
4}see what glorified labour class[retail trader] are saying.
5)wait and when all the factors in place and close ones eyes and take a position.
6) yes one can still be wrong but the chances of one getting out alive is better.regards

slept.yes is very difficult find the way trade on long tenures.
big picture trading.
i still cannot find the way do it with any success.
the fx markets when goes into term mode ,the risk become gamble.
because is basically investing into the confidence of the managing of the country.
but the money resource hinges on 1 factor , confidence.
Fx is a trading medium, so what gains get in confidence , peeps will spend it somewhere else in their standard of living.
The reason most investors tends risk it in high interest regimes is because if nothing, they can benefit from the funding and cost of carry.(interest rates differentials).
Maybe since you not have time trade , then you should explore it in investing mode. In this mode you will actually be trading in cross of chosen currency vs your domicile currency.
But really if i was investing. I would be in local markets of blue chips and govt supported projects where they not allow down side bias.
Is worlds apart from trading.
Like i promised you i am looking into Mo that can allow that, mostly because i am unable trade in any prudent manner in this health state.
But honestily i have not been able find the way yet. Nevertheless will still be trying think and find the way.
Will update here if i do find MO.

Same thing for me i have a day job and it is hard to babysit
So i try to implement fights on a basis of hourly candles
The scout is smaller the battles are longer
Hard to follow the impulse MO different
and still hard to fight
Many emotions are still present aka scorpions

position management skills are the most important becos it is what going to keep u alive and come out intact and the only to learn is through your own personel experience.this is the reason as well the longer u able to survive in the market the better u will be and more robust.
if nothing else but think before every trade in terms of how one going to prolong once life as trader and sit on the table as long as possible many of the problems associated with greed,scorpion,blowing of once account and other will go away.
