I chart on MT4, Marketscope, Sharescope and my broker's charting platform. It depends what I am trading, where I am and what I want to see. MT4 has the most flexiblilty, Marketscope is the prettiest, Sharescope gives the most instruments, my broker's is only for seeing my trades in relation to price.

Hello everyone,

I have your emails and waiting for anyone else that would like to join.

If any of you that are reading this thread from the shadows (I don't blame you, have done it myself )want to participate in the following skype discussion, feel free to send the email as per above rules.

I will share with everyone there some insights about trading and from there I will choose the students I will work with. Don;t think this is going to be rocket science. It's not. Just a very profitable way to trade.

I need to repeat this: doesn't matter the time frame (M1, H1, Daily), the strategy works!

There cannot be something profitable ONLY on M1 or Daily charts! Price is the same on every and all charts!

I see all those systems and indicators on the forums, some are free, some are very expensive. They all have one thing in common: besides the fact that are failing, the thing about those is that from the first post to the end, in a matter of days even, the indicators and rules change to one's convenience.

DON'T LOSE YOUR TIME! IT IS THE MOST PRECIOUS COMMODITY!


Can't you see that most of them are bringing new indicators to the table after a few days/weeks? Selling it to thousands of traders, new or old to forex until the sales drop and they will come with a better one.

Remember, I will only select a few students, THIS TIME ONLY, to train/coach/mentor, not making a living from this!

Hi

I use MT4 platform, limited on certain aspects such as true volume of market. Can only show that brokers volume. Would be great to get a centralized, total view of the spot forex volume.

This quote is so true. Most systems on FF change the rules before the first 10 pages are done.

Agreed, indicators are basically useless. Price is price and time frame makes no real difference. Tried many indi systems. Can't do it. I either know or I don't.

Hi Exchange

I sent you an email with a link to the skype sign up. I would create a new email address, especially if you have already registered for a skype user name. When yo fill out the registration page you should be able to pick any skype name as long as it is not already in use. Skype will suggest some user names but you don't have to use the suggestions.

Great observation. Besides the strategy, I will also give the students a nice forex volume indicator. Nothing to do with the volume existing in MT4 platforms. Is of great help, specially for those that are rather new to forex.

Ah so volume is important for u. I never knew there were any other volume indicators available outside tick volume.

Volume is the most important as it tells us about the liquidity in the market , volatility and if the price action is due to the trend , where will the markets head or form a course of direction and many other things which are determined by the VOLUMES in the market .

Also sometimes when markets move suddenly in one direction ( as it happened on Dec 2013 last week ) it is important to see and check the volumes as some moves are more but with quite lesser volumes. So that move can not be considered as a trend. So volume is the most important part while we trade in these markets and if you ignore volumes you do it on your own expense.

Actually, volume in forex is not very important to me, but it can help a newbie. Indeed, volume indicators do not exists in charting softwares, beside tick volume, which in my opinion is quite of useless.



So, like I said, I will give the students a forex volume indicator, proprietary construction, although this will not be used in trading so much other than sometimes to exit (I repeat, for new comers).
