Use a daily open line indicator to mark on the charts a horiz line every day at 5PM Eastern and watch what happens from that line on a 15 min or 1 hr chart. Have fun
That's the other surefire method. Before price goes to the high or low it has to breakout from the open - hundreds of pips every day. But it can low before it goes high or high before it goes low - greedy traders get caught out trying to catch the whole of the days range. Whereas if you short the high or long the low price cannot go any higher or lower and you will always win.

Aarrrrggghhhh. Come on. How thick-headed can one be. How many clues must one get to understand that this hole thing is a prank. You cannot know what the highest high or lowest low of a 24 hour period is before that period is over. And when that period is over, so is the highest high or lowest low. The big red line is O' Nion's. Showing a descending red line. Where it hits the high (left in the screenshot), you start going short. As long as the line runs, keep going short.
Blue numbers are the volumes it advised (1 = 1000). Mauve numbers on the bottom of the bars are pips profit per volume. So do your counting. It pays of. But only if you sell at that day's highest high.
Be careful: Do not run short on margin as positions must have margin to follow price to even higher highs that day, than the highest high of the day.
That however is only temporary. So don't worry.
