can anyone help me and explain me, what happened to my margin?

I am trading hard since 10 days and made some money

today - suddenly - I got a red field in my MT4 account, changing the margin amount and a Kind of warning in red

I attach a screenshot

I was today and yesterday much further in a loss, but recovered all - no red warning at all

and suddenly I recieved this Kind of warning and margin Change on my account and my MT4

I have no idea, what has happened..

Its probably because you are getting closer to the minimum required to hold your position open. If you use too much leverage and you balance is going down, as you get closer to the minimum require to keep you position open, you can get a margin call, which is why you have this red section on the bottom.

Whats important in trading is not only how much you make, but how much you risk. New traders should learn that the key to success is keeping you risk low or atleast manageble.... cause who knows what could happen

Trade well my friend

I have the same broker and I think the problem is the use of the credit (bonus 399$) that has not yet been released. You must buy a certain amount of lots before you can use it. You are using to much margin

You need to speak to your broker. They (your broker), can change your leverage at any stage causing a margin call, make sure it is still the same as when your signed up for the account. This practice used to occur of some time ago, but doesn't seem to be taken advantage of as much these days as corrupt brokers are being weeded out.

Also (server side) your broker cane set margin call and stop outs at whatever level they choose, they can even set it at 500%, if they choose to.

You need to confirm the margin call level with your broker.
My comments are not to be taken as trading advice, not a financial advisor

I suspect it has something to do with the credit. There's probably conditions for you meet in order to keep that credit and I'm thinking you might close to being in breach of those conditions. One condition that comes to mind is a minimum account size and if the account goes below that amount, the credit is removed.

I strongly suggest talking with your broker about this.

I would also say that your leverage is really low for that type of trading but that type of trading is ideal with low leverage because it'll stop you losing too much money fast before you figure out that it's a dangerous strategy to use. I strongly suggest you re-evaluate your risk assessment strategy.
