perhaps obvious for some, but to inform ignorants like me, the cross of level 50 with rsioma is when the basic macd ( 12,26,9 ) crosses the 0 line

Welcome blamshakk,

any time frame works,

trade the weekly and use the daily and H4 for entries, providing 200 - 300 pips swings do not bother your account size.................

here is a weekly AUDUSD , I called the drop at the begginind of last year and pointed out the DS trade that has been going on for 3 1/2 months

wow almost 10 pages after 8 hour sleep. This thread is getting very popular.

GBP/JPY I took a picture of my screen. ADX still looks expanded on H4
but you're right M15 should have been confirmed and I would have better entry.

H4 timeframe drags it up finally though. Locked in some profits and see if this still has more power left.

if i were to trade the daily chart which timeframes would i need to monitor for entries?

It might stop at that upper trend line, so check the lower TF's for reversals..............

I actually trade a different way, and in fact I don't even have MT4 (I use a different charting package), but I am lurking here to see if there is something I can pick up that could be of use.

I also want to say that I think you are very kind and generous to be sharing your knowledge with everyone here, and I applaud you for it.

Meanwhile gbp/jpy M5 is moving up. ADX is expanding . see if it can break the Bollinger band .

One of the most important thing in this trading setup is the ADX contraction/expansion ... and you know what ? You can set it up on any platform environment !

I don't see ADX expand in H4 yesterday in GBPJPY H4. I can see ADX 144 sloping down.

I've been riding this pair since Monday....Now may be another opportunity to add long ??
Check it out may be I'm not seeing what you can...
Let's share kind of set ups with each other a lot, so we can learn fast and make pips faster

Except slow stochastic "orange" one, Other indicators showing up...
without confirming that one can we still go or better to wait ?
