Can you explain now the levels adx ( min. med, max ) and that number above the level 60?

but he repeats several times that he doesn't care about levels ( => levels not fixed on the chart ! ) so you can forget them if you are using his template

This has been raised a few times...here's the link to posts of the discussion and Alien's assessment... he says either can be used but he prefers unfixed and the levels don't matter...

What we must understand with aliens system is that multiple times lining up don't happen that often. It is much better if you line up two or three lower time frames and get 20 to 40 pips maybe twice a day....that's all we need. It is easier doing this as markets keep going up and down regularly. What we need to do is focus on a trading time frame and a couple of currencies to begin with. When our bank accounts are full we can diversify ...lol!

I see some people are already quietly doing this.....well done to you as you need discipline for this and not get upset when you have taken 50 or 60 pips out the market and it continues another 100 pips. Personally I think slow and steady is the way to go.

Good point Rglenn. They do not happen very often. Alien once commented on trading off a single time frame if the setup was really good:

"TIP: follow the slope of the BB's, if they are slopping downward as shown, and your adx is expanding, and the rsioma crosses below 50%, and the a small DS shows up , with the Green sto turning back down, and the 8,3,3 cuts into the green sto at 90 degrees, Pretty good trade, that can be a GRADE "A" Trade on a single chart , without the higher time frames, because the lower TF's drive the higher TF's."

Yes focusing on a single chart is good as long as the higher time frame is going in your direction. Personally I like my trading time frame time be 15 mins or 30 mins depending on the BB squeeze and the 4hr must also be going in that direction

What I need to do also is discipline myself to only focus on this very comprehensive system and not be sidetracked by another system....as we should all know by now that it is not so much the system but us ....the trader, that make things happen....as in the workman and his tools....need I say more!

What some people may not have noticed is that Alien's system is made up of more than one system which you can also trade individually......which is something else I am focussing on

I believe this system shows enormous potential so far, but it is by no means a no-brainer. I'm improving though :-)

What's lacking in the thread so far in my opinion is money management tactics, which I consider THE most important part of trading, or at least of learning to trade. On my recent reread of the thread i rediscovered 2 tidbits though : Alien mentioning a 98% winrate, and his screenshot of doubling an account with a 93-ish% winrate, proving his point (the screenshot was forced trading over a short period, humans would do considerably worse under those limiting conditions). At those winrates it's obviously easier to be relaxed about lotsize/SL placement :-)

After some experimenting I now put my stoploss on the previous swing high/low on the TF 1 level higher, and then limiting lotsize so I have about 1% capital at risk, 2% for pure-bred grade A trades. Additionally I won't take more than 5 trades a day, so in a worst case scenario, I'll have 90% of my account left to play tomorrow.

I would love to hear how some of you are handling your risk/money management.
The game taught me the game. And it didn't spare me the rod while teaching.

Now for a trade for this week. GbpAud, The 4 hr Rsioma is above 80, ADX expansion for a long. The 15 min chart below need the 8 3 3 stoch to finish going down and turn back up again for a long trade..this of course depend on the Rsioma and Green stoch going long as well. I.e above 50

Personally I would say 5 trades a day is too high...I wouldn't take no more than 3 trade max even though Alien's systems can keep you safe but fatigue can set in and cause you to make stupid mistakes. I totally agree that MM is very important as I have lost many accounts in the past due to poor MM and bad stop loss management.

I think Alien touched a little bit on this when he stated he move his stop loss when the trade moved.... I think it was 30 pips in his favour to lock in profits

I updated my stoch & rsioma dash with dds(drake delay stochastic)here you can find the dds divergence with rsioma also, i post here a screen-shot.
here 8 valid "Master Alien's divergence" setup occurs.
(1st block- fast stoch, 2nd block- medium stoch, 3rd block-slow stoch, 4th block-RSIOMA, 5th block-DDS)
(green- 80 and above, red- 20 and below, dodgerblue- >50 & < 80 & increasing, orange- <50 & >20 & decreasing, yellow - >50 & < 80 & decreasing and <50 & >20 & increasing)

GBPCHF 15M-short
GBPCAD 15M-short
audusd m30-short
audchf m30-short
euraud m30 & h1-long
eurusd m15-short
cadchf h1-short

Very nice Nihilist! However do you think you could change the position of the RSIOMA and DS blocks. I'd say the RSIOMA is the first this to look at, so it would be nice to have that block slightly separated instead of DS.

Also, which line of DS is the DS block showing? The fast or slow?

now, your suggestion about block position is logical, i change it . see the screen-shot.

Main line (stoch value) show here in 4th block (the other line is ema line,(the slower one)).

Thank you Nihilist, for this final update.

My last question is just to clarify. The order of blocks from left to right:
1.: Fast stoch (8,3,3)
2.: Main stoch (21,10,10)
3.: Slow stoch (100,10,10)

4.: RSIOMA
5.: DS

I hope I got the right order for blocks 4. and 5. Please confirm!
