ok Erasmus redid july of 2012 the corrected results are 6 wins at 3% 5 wins at 2% and only 3 losses at 3% totaling 19% here are corrected charts

your right that there was a setup but it never triggered us within 6 bars so I rewait for another b o p b from that high which was my winning trade

interesting way of looking at market structure. I have posted a screen shot of a trade from this morning. If I understand the rules right this was a winner.

Actually no golfer guy a bar has to take out low.it cant be one that takes it out and triggers. Later on you have another setup that worked

On 3th of July 2012 in EJ you say no 1 2 3 after BO.

Why did you trade the same setup this week in EJ:

there was a setup but it was more than 6 bars till entry on your chart this was part of setup

you've got to be kidding me oak that's not a 123 that's a bo then a pb come on I wont answer these type of questions anymore if you don't get it move on this is not rocket science

Maybe i am not familiar with the way you use the word Pulback.

Every 1-2-3 setup involves a pullback.

So what is the differnce between 1-2-3 and Pullback?

a 123 if where in this case we make a lower low then a pullback which takes out pt 2 then it comes down not making a new LL that's a 123 and they only are at end of trends.a trend is where we make HH HL or LL LH when we go sideways and we take out low thats a b o now we wait for a pullback to enter your starting to regess oak I thought you turned the corner concerning 123s pullback same as a retracement they mean the same price going other way from which it came

fxpivots - on your charts if you insert "text" instead of "text label", the "1", "2" & "3" etc will keep their position relative to the candles when you scroll the chart.

Ah, got it. The trigger bar can't be the one that breaks the low or high for the pullback. Thanks!

FXpivots, pls somewhere earlier in the thread you said x-number of pips in one direction = a trend would you mind reminding me of it again. Anyone can recognize a trend but for this method in a 5m time frame you gave a guide line and I cant find it any more. Also arent the line graphs useful for identifying setups anymore?

Why did I not see this EU set up yesterday (Friday Jan 25th) @ 8:30 EST?

I'm thinking this is a trend continuation trade.

I either did not see it yesterday or I'm overlooking something.
