And another thing a news trader must always remember-make sure you're logged on when the news comes out! Earlier today I was 5 minutes late for GBP news at 830 GMT. By the time I logged on it had gained over 50 pips. Shit!! The second time that's happened this month.

Hi kiarie, thanks for posting do you mean you intended put on a trade before the news? Or do you mean you wanted to put on a trade after the news based on the resulting sentiment?

My advice to you guys whatever you do don't worn you out, don't over do it. Getting on a proffesional level, trough longer and more calmer the way better it is. Most likely I won't be able to do taekwondo anymore in future due to knee problem. I reached quite a high level at training in korea, than I injured my ankle 2ice there, due to training too hard, than I came back to my country, quit taekwondo for a year and a half I came back injured my knee after 3 weeks of training again, I took 6 months rest and started training this week and on today workout I felt pain in my knee and my technical level droped a lot, juniors beat my ass now. I had all these dreams to reach high technical level of taekwondo practicioner, but injures don't let me and also financials. That is why I started training gymnastics outside a lot after I injured myself and it is also free, so I keep being active in sports. As one guy said if you want to be professional at something you must do it for 10,000 hours and I totaly agree with that statement, but getting into top of world at something it takes lots of luck and raw talent, because all of these top guys work very hard, but winner is only one in the end.

few times already if i remember right.
yes, gymnastics is also good sports.
But don't dispair.
You already winner.
You are only one i know went for Olympics team and nearly net the Gold.
You are also only teck red belt i know.
So you already winner.
You only didn't become number 1 in world.
But hey is ok. don't need to be number 1 to be a champion.
A champion is a champion.
Number 1 is only a title.

Deep injuries never ever really recovers.
I have bone fracture still haunts me until today.
rainy days gets real painful. cannot even clench fist.
ever considered converting skills to Akido?
less forceful but with basic teak foundations easy to master.
then maybe you can be master of new art form.
will be more gentle to your knee.
Mindset required is same.
Only need learn chi, and some new stances.
Although leg power is most powerful, can transfer kick power to flow power.
same dantian power.

At least for me it wasn't profession. One my korean friend was in professional team making around 35000 usd a year, but was fired after 2 years as he injured his knee and they repleaced him with younger player :/ It's very pitty, these kids practice all their life to start making money and than slight injury or bad results they are out after year or 2 They are really honorable guys for me these koreans, work so hard and have so tough competition, whatever they do. And we europeans are quite lazy in general and just complain

I will keep practicing myself, I wanna learn little bit muay thai, very powerful thai martial art

Is very painful training.
mostly the power is in the shin.
they rub on shin until is like iron hard.
also alot of elbow & knee.
your knee injured already.

I tried when i was young.
rub shin with bottle and beating with stick.
limping for days. couldn't take the pain.
not easy learn.
lots pain training.
also underside of arm and elbow.

depends on luck .
Just need get 1 in for ko.
mostly is about how much beating one can take.
Thats why i followed sifu hwang.
since need take beating, i learn rotating forces, repel.
no need get impact.

I keep measuring the force until i detect off balance .
Then attack for ko.
If i attack they no ko, i run like hell. fight another day.

Like all news traders I enter after the news. That way though you may make less than technical guys and believers in stochastics there is little if any room for misinterpretation or overanalysis because you trade what you see.

Hi fti, thanks for sharing the tier 1 top dogs, i was always under the impression that goldbull sachs belongs to tier 1 bank as most people around me kept referring bulge bracket investment bank = tier 1 bank. looks like it actually is not and i recall you mentioned in one of your previous post that they are pro service, but dont they have a dealing desk to support their ultra rich clients which kind of have to put them into the top dogs list in someway due to high value transaction they generate? just curious, the top dogs headcount u mentioned below, were they all ur sparring partners at other banks? btw, have you sparred with p.ed_n before?
