The P is still in RM with the 1.0258 as R level and the 0.7366 as S level. WE can clearly notice the 0.8624 as RM's middle level and 0.7920+0.7728 as MM levels where we will wait for the P to close below and give us its confirmation as R levels in order to sell it till the RM's S !

EURAUD Weekly.

Just read the FF article quoting that Credit Agricole went short EURAUD @ 1.5115, with big stop and target to the downside @1.3425 ( ! ).

However, looking at the chart with fxgroup`s teaching in mind, we can see the box/RM to the left, and in my opinion it is much too early to play the downside with conviction - at the moment it looks more than uncertain and it could even be that price uses this as support. Look to the left ( unfortunately a bit small on pic ), we see anyway that a NCB was around 1.515, and that this is definitely an area to watch.

CADJPY ( pic shows MONTHLY ).

Out of all Yen pairs, this pair is prone to weakness as the Canadian Dollar has shown fundamental weakness in the recent months.

So we can wait for any substantial signs of Yen strength returning, and rather than focus on overcrowded USDJPY and GBPJPY etc. we can concentrate on matching Yen with single currencies that are anyhow showing weakness/depreciation tendencies, e.g. CADJPY and AUDJPY.

Here in M we can see how Price made a false break higher and is now approaching a VERY important support zone ( NCA / NCB ).

Nice point of view, let's have a look at USDCAD and USDJPY to find the perfect matching for an weak CAD and a strong JPY.

USDCAD: I think the price it's now trapped between two important levels and very close each other. A monthly close above 1.1 will be a strong information for a bearish CAD. However, a close below 1.092 would make me think about a probably retracement.

USDJPY: I've still a bullish outlook about this pair, last month closed above BRN 105, and measuring the height of the recent triangle and projecting from its breakout point, it gives me a target around 109...i think we must wait any bearish signal at that level, or otherwise at the last resistance around 112...that would give us an information of a bullish JPY.
I think after the price has a good chance of making RM between those levels as it did in the past.

The M chart is in static RM, meanwhile the W is in dynamic one....untill the P won't get out of the triangle the MM will have to be adapted to it !

Hi self...tis is how I see the EURUSD ...the pair is in dynamic RM ( triangle ) but at the same time in the static RM with the DT conformation at the R level !

The BOX effect is clear and this is what I want to see from the P...if it will not respect my PTT&TTP, I will stay out..simple as that !

USDSEK

Within the dynamic RM the P put the first bearish SW with the BEOB and then the second one's confirmation with the bearish PB.
The confluence betwen the RM's S and the TL becomed the 1° TG meanwhile for the 2°TG we will have to wait for further informations the today candle's close will give us:

Looking through some charts, I see 2 unusual developments, which was not expected by many,

a) the widespread analyst & banks comments, that " 2014 " would be the USD bullish year.
b) the widespread still negative bias towards Gold.

However we have P moving as it does, so it is good to have our fxgroup method to simply look what P wants to do, and act carefully then !

EURUSD Weekly & Daily

Here as a close-up of fxgroup´s EURUSD chart idea, I try to zoom in to the static RM ( shown here quite clearly ), in this bigger context monthly/weekly dynamic RM.

I rarely trade EURUSD, as soon as a directional trade looks likely, one encounters " traffic " and lots of levels. The crosses and commodity pairs are usually easier, and one of the worst things a beginner could do, is to try and trade 15min charts on EURUSD ( in my opinion ).

Hi M, I agree with you..the EURUSD is quite a mess right now...on the last 2 weeks we have seen a BEOB+BUOB, so it is very clear that a battle betwen buyers and sellers is in act. The best thisng to do is watching and waiting for the fight to finish !
There are more pairs with a better, more clear and safer plans....we should remember that what we are interested is the accuracy and the safety of our trading plans....more clear and simplier the plan is= better it is !

As promised some interesting charts here, additionally GBPJPY finally sees some topping action - but beware to enter before FOMC news tonight, we can always wait for more confirmation = break of more support / big round 00 numbers / sequence of lower highs & lower lows.
