You should have a darn good PF then. Mine is around 2; I'm desperate to get it above 3. Got to lose the losers.

I see higher PF equating to higher confidence. Higher confidence means less stress and you can trade a larger account and hence more $.

You have a SL/TP of 30/45 on M5? I don't have a much higher SL/TP and I trade H4 though I do use M15 for entries and D1 for overall trend. AUD is on its way up now I think. It has blasted through my trendlines and not forming any more lower lows or higher highs.

no fixed TP second position at -15 SL of 15, some run 15 pips some run 90, some go straight to SL.

Method is kinda explained in my old M15 journal, from back when I had a M15 reversal Bodge.

AUD is gaining strength and USD is strong at the moment, therefore it's likely to be choppy.

Can't win them all, no point trying, you'll just end up never trading.

You are right, I had this experience with other traders they they are not consistent with any strategy, even if you tell them and teach them, still they don't follow it correctly and consistently.

lol ... you really summed up the whole matter in only one word and it is a very important and powerful word. The whole difference in both forms of trading is majorly emotions.

Most of the traders are failure because of their poor or weak mindset which doesnt allow them to be disciplined enough while trading in the forex market.

Discipline is indeed is the key to success in forex trading. Even if we have a good trade system but we are not good in following it with disciplined mind then we won't be able to make money.

Most of the traders fail when they become too greedy. As a trader you should know when to exit and when to enter the market. You need to control your emotion to be successful.

You don't need to learn or find solutions for a thousand reasons. If you can find solutions to money management, Psychological issues, etc you can win this game.

All are failures because they do not have the patience and experience of understanding plain charts and fundamentals. This is not trading, it is gambling without an edge to almost all here. No edge = guaranteed loss of your lunch money account. I would guess most do not even read finanacial news sources daily. Just look at some of those charts posted. They are so lit up with indicators you cannot even tell where the quote is located. I even read posts here that the U/J advanced because of RSI or some kind of Band Theory. Does anyone here know who...

Patience and experience is very necessary for every trader and we can increase our patience and experience in Forex by practising more and more in demo account and can reduce the chances of failure.

Am i the only person who believes 20%-50% per quarter (months at least is a realistic goal) and why do so many traders on here say its not i know a few of individuals who are doing this and some are even achieving 35% + a month could someone explain preferably someone who's actually a successful trader if that exists on here?
Ignored
Well, there is lots of reasons. One is they have been lied to by brokers and many so called guru's into believing trading is easy. People don't realize you are competing against people who have deeper pockets and many more years experience than you do.

Do you think you could perform surgery by only reading a book or buying some paint by numbers course?
Of course not!

But some people think they will be millionaires overnight by trading.

I could go on but this would be a long post.
