You deserve that great moment of relax! If you ask me I'd take a cool gin-tonic, Martin Millers with Fever Tree tonicwater.

It's time not to trade the big TF. Anyway, in M5 you allways can find some oportunities. I trade everyday London open with another system: HA, a simple TDI and a 5 EMA. Take my 30 daily pips and I'm done for the day.... Just works for the open, but it's ok for me.

If you don't mind, could you please say the RSIOMA settings do you use? I don't have the same graphic as you. I haven't change anythig on the indicator. Maybe could be the different broker data....

That's a good question o...I just ASSUMED that the 80/20 crosses also acted as exits...

the channel say us when is good moment to enter in the market.

and the RSIOMA say us when enter and exit.

if price touch a side of the channel, wait to rsioma crosses a level.

whe RSIOMA crosses again a level, exit from trade and wait for another one.

i dont have fixed SL or TP.

i have worked with some method untill now, but now i dont have time to be in front of pc at 9:00pm (in the open of london market).

in 2010, i won some thousands of euros (in real) with a simple method with the london open and 1min or 5min charts...

but then, the lifes change and the time too.

im tested with this config:

(loofs like better than the first config.)

I understand well Tnavi! But I saw that most of times the exit of a trade will be the enter of next, in the opposite direction of course. Do you check that?

Time matters! and a lot in FOREX markt....

I only stand in front of PC forma 8.30 to 10h. I manage to take 20-30 pips in the day. But I see what you are trying to achieve with this new estrategy, more spare time and less stress. I vote for that. I'll follow you in the test of this Channel of Glory (such a great name has to be a great results for sure, je, je)

I guess some of the time - maybe not most of the time though.

From my LITTLE understanding:

ENTRIES:
1st Signal = Price TOUCHES the channel. Once this occurs, look for signal number 2 (which is the trigger)
2nd Signal = RSIOMA CONFIRMS price' action and then we can pull the trigger (buy/sell)

EXITS:
RSIOMA (RelativeStrengthIndex Over MovingAverage - just by the way ) crosses back UNDER 80/OVER 20
At this point we will EXIT and await another trade opportunity.

Rinse and Repeat.

NB: Tnavi please correct me in any areas I may be wrong.

PS: ALSO, tnavi I noticed something ELSE which is still silent...
We ALSO should exit IF price crosses the 50 line mark as long as RSIOMA doesn't quite make it to the "other end" (i.e. 80 or 20) as in your image above right?

Let me mark it on your chart and re-attach...hold on...lol

Guys as traders we are all aware of HH LL. From what has been presented, the way I will set SL will be setting it at the Lowest candle of my entry if a Buy Trade and the opposit for a sell trade.

The pictures says it all really. For the TP that is the tricky one but use of Trend lines and support / ressistant points will be what I will be looking out for.

This is how I will trade this systerm, come fellows look at the picture, you can see the points where the PA is trying to turn so simply put your SL below or above the point where PA has turned from.

Thanks for sharing the method / ideas
even without the TMA this looks quite good on the 5m chart for just scalping type trades in the main hrs of approx 7/8am - 7/8pm GMT
even seems to work ok on the Euro, which is something as its so manipulated

for scalping its possibly better with the RSIOSMA slowed down a bit - maybe around 18/20
less trades, but also less losses
and seems worth more of a look

1. I noticed that Price DID NOT touch the channel which would have made that entry void...why did you take the trade (...or ONCE price becomes "close enough" to the channel it's "good enough"?

2. At point 2...can we open two baskets IF the opportunity presents itself? Or should we simply use that as an opportunity for a BETTER entry?
