since some of you may leave the trading desks early before Christmas, I like to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH for all of your participation and dedication.
You all make this thread to a very good source and exchange of qualified views.
I want to say sorry for not posting so much trades lately. That is out of two reasons: one reason lies in my job forcing me to travel a lot at the moment. The second reason is, that my heart, my mind, and my body are very much dedicated to mountaineering lately and so I have allocated more time to this than to trading.
Over the past years I thought it would be a better idea to post only longer term trades (at least thought to be longer term trades), but I now feel, that this was the wrong approach, since longer term trades oftentimes need quite a lot of babysitting and hedging in the beginning phase. Since I am not able to post all related trades to this long term trades, it raised sometimes the question, if my trades had a bad RR, or if I had sometimes bigger drawdown.
So I think it will be more fair to only post in the future short term trades or scalpes, which are, like I often have stated, my bread and butter trades.
However,

Gold is funny to watch - every time it pops up a bit the Gold bugs claim the bottom now, again, the price again has dropped in its supposed to be wave 1, invalidating impulsive upwards count

I have seen several counts on gold. When I look at it, I see we are likely entering 5 of 5 with the commodity risk of extended fifth. Any way you count it, that should present a nice rr and big move.
Any thoughts? or Counts?

well, spot on with the extended fifth :-)
Regarding counts:
main count: we are in the 5th down, which may eventually unfold as series of 1-2 moves or as ending diagonal
alternative: we are in the B-wave down of a wave 4 ABC-flat (or B already finished)
