technically (for a newbie like me), triangle pattern seen at monthly chart. I set up 1.63 - 1.6450 as critical levels for long-term movement to the north. A break from there, yes it is possible for cable to go to 1.68 - 1.70. But I am a day trader which is price action on 1 hour /4 hours chart and avoid fundamental 'high impact' news are more important to me.

We have to understand the open message and the hidden message here. A rise of 2.5 times the expected previous target seems to be bogus. This may take GBPUSD up temporarily up but we are going to see the reverse trend soon.
Lets wait and watch.

Sigh, do you see the problem many of us have with blurts such as you pontificating on subjects you have zero credibility in? The UK's ONS, the official UK stats and data 'centre', currently has the UK quarter on quarter growth at 0.8%, annual growth at 1.5%. Should the UK's last Q growth be significantly over 1% for the final Q of 2013 then the UKs annual growth figure may breach 2% suggesting that the OBRs estimate is very cautious.

Your fail on this indicates why you (and your misplaced theories) looking to sell services shouldn't be allowed anywhere near a trading forum where you may affect the opinion and actions of new traders. You're hopeless and clueless in equal measures.

Do you actually get successful results? Lets see it instead of you just blowing your own trumpet with words only.

As per wave count, the next level is 16450 before it reverse to 16050.us dollar index is going to shoot up , thus the reservsal has more ground and basis.
