Yes, I'm fully aware of that Ferru.

The original point was that one could risk 50% of one's account
if you so desired.

The leverage, in that circumstance, doesn't matter.
If I risk HALF of my account, then I have risked 50%.

It doesn't matter. Can't you see ??

Great but your problem is that your point is off topic. That's what you didn't get.

Yes you will be able to open a 50% risk position on any leverage ... increasing your SL in order to lower the lot size.

The point here is that we want to keep a small SL ... so higher leverage is needed to get the required margin. That's the point discussed here since about 65 pages.

My growth chart is looking a lot like a chart with support and resistance, I am at resistance now and next week I should break through

Currently +415.14%, up to £316 from £61.

I made most of the gains not last week, but the week before (18th-22nd), I took a pretty heavy loss percentage wise on this account but bounced back the next day, see the dip in the chart the psychological level of 500% has my name all over it.....
