Both. Comparing brokers is like comparing shoe shops. There is no central Forex Exchange so prices quoted will vary.

The difference between 1.63800 and 1.63100 is 700 PIPPETTES i.e. 70 pips (or points as you call it).

During spike-prone sessions, SEVENTY pips is not a lot.
I'm not trying to convince anyone. I'm not in the "convincing" business.

some brokers open and close are not the same, like fxopen is 5pm and interbank is 12am so there 4hr charts dont line up
