Sure I liked in whole changes with PA, but how can I found an archived accounts in the personal area?? I can't do it..

Yesterday I came to the new PA, I have good impression about it

Nice to see that something is changing. I have 3 accounts in exness so for me new PA it's quite convenient.

But my friend, who is exness client too, had only one account in exness, so he said that old version was better to him

Agree with your impression. I had the similar when I first time came into p area. Inspite on that it's always difficuilt to change the place of working, new pa I think will help to safe time) I really liked that I can look for all acc-s in one time.

We carefully studied your situation.

At 09:30 on 14th of November the market was moving very fast after the news issue.

At that time order #42879001 hit opening level, and actual market price jumped right to 1.60054, there was a gap.

According to the regulations of gap execution (https://www.exness.com/forex/specifications), the order will be executed at the first market quote in case the price set in the pending order hits the gap and the difference between the first market quote (after the gap) and the order price will equal or exceed a definite pips quantity (gap-level) for the definite instrument.

In this case difference was about 30 points, which exceeds gap level for the GBPUSD (10 pips), therefore order was executed at first available price, with slippage.

Thus, no execution or quotation errors of any kind during this order processing were found.

May I remind you that slippages are not set up against a trader, it is necessary measure when dealing with pending orders.

They may cause extra loss in case of Stop Loss, pending stop orders and extra profit in case of Take Profit, pending limit orders.

Now in new PA is much more easier to do internal transfers, cause you needn't to log in many times. You just click to do internal transfer and see your money on the other account.

and this is true about the 10 internal transfers a day without fee it's new option, cause earlier we ought to pay fee for every internal transfer.

Good news, I didn't know about it. As for me 10 transfers is optimal number. That's quite enough i think.

I usually make a few of transfers, but agree that it's comfortable.
