last i heard jenny's fine.
after her mom passed on having some domestic issues untangle so i think she much off net.
still trade well, only less voice. must be busy as bee. didn't hear from her some weeks already.

Just the frustrations creeping up on me.
some bastard market big guns manipulating the flow. And i had been waiting try get back on saddle after ecb sent clear signals.
But the bastards trying all sort manipulating with prices spreads. bastards flying 20 pip spreads on my screens, and i already off interbro.
I trying splash the bastards and my body and mind not well balanced.
So just some uptight. Is ok wait authorities fry the bastards asses.

I doing all sorts try get focus on, but seems i lost it when i couldn't even realise that i watching for abnormalities on a saturday.
still worndering why i not noticed that its no prices until one friend called check on me.
So something is wrong somewhere. Just need get my fingers on it. No damages, just some underperforming.

No worries, i trying mediate the stress off.

PS: In interbank there is way deal with these types. Just need call the friend dealers info rogue behaviour and in 10 mins no one will be feeding them prices , let them starve to death without business. But in retail if we report their rogue behaviours, need furnish all sorts details for authorities investigations.Who has time save all the screen shots? I think this retail business going have limited life span unless they weed out all the rogues.
What ticks me off is they go places telling how tight their piptits. Balls to their daylight lies.

but mostly is my own inadequacy, and my focus some blunt also. Had been watching lots of the chenjia videos. I find the more i know, she seems trained be super singer. Very intensely trained.

It is easy to lose perception of time when you are at home most of the time and not at your best with disturbed sleep patterns ect, when at work with others we look forward to the weekend (playtime), we often mark it by going for a drink on Friday night for example, this gives us a reference point to gauge time by, when this is taken from us where is our reference?? I found this myself when I was not so well, every day became the same and I lost track often, now I have introduced some reference to the weekend again it does not happen, if i do not go out somewhere then I have different food (something special to look forward to), it is basic and simple but as you well know people will tend to overlook basic and simple things without realising the consequences.

Not sure if this is your issue but thought I would mention in effort to help a friend.

Noted appreciated. But i housebound and few dares interupt me.
Is ok i just need de-stress some and try get my form back.
