The rate cut should not have negative effect on USD vs. the EUR.


But keep in mind: the ECB has nearly exhausted its options. We will not see a big string of declining interest rates. So fantasy regarding this is only limited.

Pair now goes up for several technical reasons, like very strong support zone etc.

From an Elliott Wave point of view, EU likely has traced out and finished a complete impulse - see my last chart for the count.


So now we can start to calculate best upside targets for this correction, before more move down (most likeliest scenario).

Right now, I do think that we will test the former wave 4 area. Best targets seem to be 3494, 3522 and 3531 (3546 to 3583 extrem likely)


A 61,8% retracement would end around 3627. This are also is near the point of recognition in the preceding wave 3 down (around 3660)


I think that we will see at least a retracement towards 3500 (channel test and psychological level)

Thank you for this thread and everyone who participates in it. So much better thread than EURUSD, GJ or any other i found so far, it has perfect balance between posting of analysis and fooling around (which is in overblown levels on some threads).

I am targeting short entries on GJ bellow 159.50, major shorts with targets 100+ pips. Entry should come on Monday i believe.

AJ up trend was beaten down with break around 93.20-93.00 so there is 70 pips more to come on downside at least.


Pretty badass pinbar if you ask me, i have highlighted two strong resistances. Howering bellow 0.9145 certainly seem like good signal for short.

Shorted NZDCHF before for 40 pips, at moment it looks like it should give more shorting oportunities next week. Daily candle is strong bearish pinbar which should give another 150 down.

Jan, regarding U/CHF, I don't think that qualifies as a pinbar. I've seen this before. Zoom in to the H4 chart and what you will see is a cup and handle breakout pullback to support before launch, and so far it is holding...

Dont know if there is anyone trading Google but i am going to post analysis anyways. Posted early this week that Google should begin selling towards 1012 and 1000 for share, which should be reached by tomorrow i believe. There is not much on downside anymore, 1002 or 1003 could provide decent bounce already but since 1000 is major support and pshychological level it is more likely to land there.

I don't trade stocks, but if I did, I'd be buying GOOG on a dip back down to 900

So you can choose your entry points without doubts. Everybody here can follow the other traders' real trading entry & exits.
Infinitus' threat is one where every trader can publish his trading idea, -concept inmy mind. It's really not the question where has the best entry - or exit point.
My target is making pips here and there, let the market it's breath and don't be megalomaniac in the way for searching the maximum profit trade.
20-100% per year.

I .really don't like to take another person trade as it doesn't give much satisfaction even if trade goes my way.i like to give my own color,saying so it doesn't mean I don't give much thought to another person way of playing the market.i think my doubts are more a function of my bias and position in the market,so don't worry about.i totally agree with u that collecting pips should be ones target and in my view protecting ones account is much more important so collecting pips is second in importance.good luck
