Exactly. This kind of rules (entry/exit cross to cross) work well in long trends ... but when range period comes, the losses will kill the previous earnings.

According to the two short biographies they traded commodities & futures - I know commodities can be as choppy as fx, personal experience, not sure about futures so why wouldn't this be valid for weekly? Plus, except for channel scalping what does work in non-trending pairs? I loaded the 2 MAs on a clean chart and saw some nice long trends but I would have to grow more patience to be in a trade for weeks/months at a time. Exciting to think that I could sit down Sun. night or Mon. morning, enter a trade and then just check in once or twice a day (if that much.) Tempting.

I did read your comment and it didn't make a lot of sense. The strategy rules are freely available on the net for those who want to give it a try ... no need to read a book about it.

I agree , don't need a book , There,s a lot of common sense of it , NINO , Thanks for make me realize how it works , I'm starting it .I will use 20EMA 50EMA 200EMA , I have tried numerous of indicators and most of them do lagging a lot , I cannot start thread coz my English not good enough , But i did make my own chart and will stay with it through out ,

Any and ALL indicators lag ... Even the price on your chart is lagging. Accept this fact, deal with it ... so you can go forward ...
