Montly GJ looks very bullish. Sticking to my UJ longs I'll wait for enter in geppy, too. Not today, better wait for dust to settle down from FED statement. I'm bullish on AJ and a crossing of 100 in next 2 months is at least what I expect from this pair.

the rbnz seemed more dovish to me... it's hard to tell with the rollovers at market close mixed with the news. Give it a few hrs to digest.

Agreed. On AJ, daily candle returned 1 to 1 compared to previous..

Bollingers.B: MHLC - The candles formation is now on mid band, price around this area looks great for a long entry, with risk SL @ previous candle Low. the 1st target reward aiming for is 97 area....

ADX (38) +DI above 20 and MM line seems curving... may have one small corrective downmove towards smaller TF...

As for entry, RSI5 reaching 50 already while RSI14 bounce off 50..

With above, it seems like a good entry for this pair, entry preferably when small TF below completes their correction.....

SL of 92.80/93. with entry of this price 93.4 area on a target of 97 and above.... risk ratio kind of worth it.

I've been waiting for an AJ long, it has been difficult getting an entry, I just got into a small long and here is the picture I see.

The bottom trend line is misplaced, should be a little higher. Too much screen time today.

Bob, i agree with your analysis, on day my this secondary trade account was created, i entered one long around 95. end up it dropped without any supporting trades below.... since then for this account, i've been trying to spot an entry and Thanks to bikov mentioning AJ, i wouldn't have scroll to my charts and analyse like the previous post too... i would have let my main account longs run from 90 all way without even taking a look at AJ...

In the event if this goes on, next level to watch i deemed would be around the level of 96.80/97.2... secondary s/r area im looking at to stack on will be 94.05 area... if not i will repend my trades around this level... its just turned significant now

Pretty boring Asian session. No new updates to trade positions. I will be back on around lunch for a mid day update and to talk some trading tips/advice!


A piece of advice for traders who feel they cut their winners too soon, that my worst enemy. Don't sit and stare at your screen all day! I love charting and reading news as much as anyone but don't let it take over your trading. Everyone has smart phones with the ability to check their positions out and see the rates. Go out, run, cycle, hike, walk, go get some coffee and check your trades there. Just don't stay glued to your screen, Thats what the 95% do!

i just woke up looking at H1 chart on that two HH small minor bearish divergence on both RSI, at least that's invalidated...

Agreed, today's asian market not much movements.. As for your advice, i confess that i one of them who stayed kinda glued during trading days to my screens...

You're totally right about this one and I'll add another thing to avoid - over leveraging. I broke the first rule (don't cut the winners too soon) at eur/usd shorts at 1.3665 because I'm heavy loaded with UJ longs and GU shorts. Also have small size position at usd/chf on the long side, of course. My plan is to keep those two heavy positions for longer time and to pick up some pips along the way from the other pairs (eu, swissy..). I know that market doesn't care much about our plans but it's worth a try.

Yes Bikov, over leveraging could be very dangerous.


I plan to make this thread about catching trends and teaching/learning all the do's and dont's to make trading a career. I will try my hardest.

Yes that's a good level I'm just buying all the dips. As for audnzd its always spikey at the end of the month because of the month end flows. But it will be a green close and a quadruple bottom!

Alright ! I guessed i done nuff clickings for this week, time to concentrate on some other stuffs..... will be holding on to my trades and will cont with the continuation of analysis.. unless some significant changes, all stays put till then...

AUD/NZD ichimoku daily chart : price at senkou span B (upper boundary of kumo cloud) which acts as a support. I think good level for entering long.

First of many chart patterns I like to use and this is perfect.

Bullish Flag Pennant in UJ

Everyone and their uncle knows that UJ has been in a nice uptrend and recently it has stalled a bit. This caused a flag formation.

2 main rules of bull flag pennant

1. Price must respect and stay within the trend lines
2. There are 2 flag poles as seen in the chart... The second yellow line is the same height as the first, giving you your next target. Made a typo on chart, should be height, don't feel like fixing it haha.

You may be wondering, why does he think it will go up and not down.


1.BOJ will not let it
2.Flag breakouts almost always respect the prior trend, if this was a down trend the break would be south.
