Lost trade history?

I started up some demo platforms today and found my Account History was wiped clean. Live update occured as I opened the platform. This happened on demo accounts only. Live accounts were not affected. Is this normal?

You don't say which trading platform you're using, but if it's Metatrader, then if you go to account history, right click and select all history you should see it.

Wow, that scared the heck out of me. I didn't realize today was July 1. All my previous history was hidden. When I chose "select all" it appeared. Thanks a lot -- I was sweating bullets there for a few minutes. Thx.

right mouse click in account history somewhere and choose period. sometimes it doesnt show old trades if new month/period has started or something like that.

choose "All History".
