I wouldnt be looking for EU or GU shorts with this awesome data comming from US. Netted one Gold short minute ago for 7 pips covered my day on BE, will be looking for one small short and then view for now on Gold is up.

Cheers mate. I'm fine though. I'm not upset with my trading plan. I just have to refocus away from the Euro until I see a setup that I really really like. Lately I have been trading the Euro just for the sake of it and that is not healthy. So, my focus now will be cable, Aussie and Kiwi.
As soon as the dust settles, I will evaluate for some fresh positions.

Initially these overbought conditions on Euro and Cable have to be relieved. Then there will be more potential for upside... or maybe not. Perhaps market makers just wanted to take out the weak bears by tripping the stops above 3711 and now that the mission is accomplished, we enter a range. I think the flow out of the US is going to benefit more the em currencies than the Euro and Cable.

Today I raided with NFP and made nice pips, but tomorrow on, be looking for clear short signals, according to fundamentals.

And here's some (...) 3 pain reliefs for injured bears today;

1. PAIN RELIEF 1
I think we're nearly over with bullish sentiment.
We are a step away from 61,80% on a huge 2011-2012 leg. It's 50 pips away to be more exact.
The 61,80 is at 1.38200 so tomorrow yes, we can have another bullish movement up to the level...
It is also 161,80 of the last bullish leg, exactly at 1.38200

Nice AB=CD formation. For those loving batman's, butterflies, gartleys etc they know we can expect reversal here.

Basically almost every fundamental rally bind by US news or positions clearing major levels act the same way after rally or dump is completed. Profit taking and counter trading takes place, then price forms bullish/bearish pinbar right on support/resistance of last most rejected level, and then the price moves again to top/bottom realised by rally/dump. Overall those are 50-100 pips trades placed in dirrection of rally/dump.

I like 1 and 2, but 3 is no good for me.

Friends.

After studied wallstreet in depth and its correlation with FX... i honestly suggest to refrain from shorting.. unless for scalping only.

Here is why,

Wallstreet BP index suggest that big boy keep pouring their money into the market even at this high, this meant all seller has been & will be neutralized also breakout to the upside will be genuine.
Allthough its happen on wallstreet/equities market, certainly it will have effect on FX market directly/un-directly.
