Experiences with FxPro

Yesterday,
I had really horrid experience.
ecn ctrader is often freezing.
price is not move over 1 min.
execution is delayed.
I experienced my first.
I think they are not real ecn.

I think these issues you're having may be on FxPro's side. I'm using cTrader with ICMarkets and can't say I've experienced delayed execution or a freezing platform. Price not moving is a liquidity not a platform issue.

I'm curious, what are other people's take on cTrader? Should I stick with?

I am using FXpro, lately i have a stop lose being executed 30pips away during the spike.
Do u think this is normal and acceptable ?

well during my experience with fxpro they had lots of negative slippages but never been more than 2 pips (average about 0.5 pips). But 30 pips away? lol. that's insane.

*edit: you mean 30 points? So it's like 3.0 pips then. I think that's still acceptable despite I still believe you would get better execution with other brokers.

my stop loss 1.30745 , but executed at 1.30463 , 28pips right ?

they says 50pips still within their term and condition.

It doesn't come to my mind... How they can actually profit from client's losses anyhow ?

I'have been using FxPro for 3 months so far, everything's fine.

Is it ture or not?
I noticed that 5 digits are only major symbols.
eurusd,gbpusd,audusd,usdchf,usdcad,nzdusd.
For the rest 4 digits.
3 digits are only usdjpy,eurjpy,gbpjpy.
audjpy,cadjpy,nzdjpy,chfjpy... thease are 2 digits.
This is only fxpro.
I did check ctrader hompage and other ecn brokers using ctrader.
They are all 5 digits and all 3 digits.
Is it manipulated?
As for spread,
fxpro`s audnzd is 6.0~7.0.
almost it is fixed.
but lqdmarkets is below 1.5
and it is variable.0.5 ~ 1.5
lqdmarkets use ctrader platform.
fxpro`s minor symbols are very wide than other brokers using ctrader.
and than other ecn brokers.
fxpro advertise that liquidity providers are morgan stanley,bnp paribas,jp morgan,nomra,deusche bank,barclays,ubs,citibank,rbs,bank of america merrill lynch.

I am complaining about thier slippage of 50 pips. Example you placed a stop loss at 1.3000 they may execute for you at 1.2950

Don't ever place a stop loss at a round number. You are asking for it.

the second half of the support chat looks more like just opinionated banter. however, you do present a very reasonable issue. some brokers do provide the free margin and margin used stats, which can be viewed by logging into their website or away from your terminal. i know instafores provides free margin which i guess you can just reverse it to see the amount locked in for that particular trade.

What i like the most is its accurate pivot data and broker time. Now many brokers use gmt+0 time zone, however, its daily, weekl and monthly pivot look more accuate among others. I tried fxdd and vantagefx mt4 and when i compared pivots posted at actionforex.com, their weekly pivots less acurate than fxpro.

Even NDD can't work without dealers. Somebody have to check positions, margin, handle phone operations. Dealing desk exist, functionality is different.

Then the "Dealers"should go by another designation!
