Did you ever use this method to trade Gold ? XAU/USD
Not yet for XAU/USD.

I just start some trade CFD from 2 or 3 weeks, i am tired with the dynamic spread of Oanda, the CFD have fixe spread, it's more easy.

negative -100pips whats your quick action on that situation?

I can close manually at any time, but also depend of the currency, i go in 4h time frame see where is my trade.

But as you can see, 13 trades this morning 100% won, i wait a particular setup, if i loose 1 trade, is because i don't follow my rule.

We see this morning if we close the gap.

1) First don't use full leverage.
2) Be patient, wait the correct setup
3) Follow the bollinger band, they never lie. (trade what you see, and don't what you expect).

HI scalper can you pls. give us example or chart .. on no.2 with the correct setup and #3 follow the bollinger band
when you say follow the bollinger band are you talking about the tend? if yes what time frame you follow the bollinger band trend?

Look at the eur/jpy this morning: the price stop at 132,40. (he can go more up, need to retrace before, but i already take my profit).

profit 1.3220 , 1.3240, 1.3260 and 1.3280? one more thing how long you been trading your wonderful strategy?

20, 40, 60, 80, i call that number "the hunting of stoploss", most of the time, i take my profit, just look how is the bollinger, squeeze or not, how is the angle of the upstair or downstair band.


I have many different setup, i always trade from 2008 to cover the spread, try all indicator in ff to find the best setup.

That's right. I had this trade going too. 132.40 it was also Pivot Point, and round number very close. Price went up about 60 pips, that's pretty big move for Asian session. It had to retrace back. When London opened it made one more swing up and it was trading in the range.
You are right, it is better to take small profits, when you scalp.

Hi scalper just wana ask what is the highest drawdown that you encounter by pips? go to your side?
I think you should consider using a stoploss
To think, that Euro will reverse... this is dangerous. With all bad American News coming. No system will work... We all have been in psychological traps.

I used BB too last time for scalping, i earned a lot in demo, but my MM is an issue because few days can wipe out everythings.

Obviously, this system is MTF BB. I hope i can learn somethings here. May i know how do you manage your opened trades? Using averaging down because i can see you have a lot of opened "sell" position?

He doesn't use stop loss for this Demo account. Go to TradeExplorer 'Trade List' tab and then sort column by 'Pips', and you'll see there were only 2 tiny losses. Also you can display the Equity vs Balance graph and see how much drawdown (from open losing trades) he allowed. I'm studying 3 other traders who used similar MM (with or without Stop Loss) and obviously their performance was fantastic.

I was testing this system on XAU/USD. Did a lot of small trades. I used 20, 100 and 360 bollinger bands. It worked very well.
I will post some chart examples later.
What I noticed about this system - it is best to trade, when market is ranging - not moving too fast. Then price is ranging inside 360 B Band. And 100 B Band stays inside 360 bands. When currency pair is trending - it is a bit dangerous, then price brakes out through 360 B Band. When it brakes 360 Band on 1 min chart, trend direction changes, then we should only take trades toward trend. We look for confluence of bands on dip side plus some other indication, like MACD cross, Fib 62 % level , Round number, S/R, Pivot levels. Very good system, i will be researching it more.
