However, despite the obvious bull flag, the retail crowd is still piling into shorts on a massive scale. For this reason, I will be very cautious either way. We do know that at some point we have to print a higher number, but I doubt that is going to happen until after the US settles their debt limit issues.
On top of that, all this talk of the ECB taking action soon, puts me in the camp that believes this bull flag may last until the next ECB meeting.
Maybe it's time to look at other pairs.
