Went short last week but backed out early on my trade for a quick +40pip gain. Re-entered this week, up 138pips and counting! I forgot how wonderfully volatile this pair is, and boy did I miss it!

We have broken just past the support at 1.444 from the 8/19/13 low

That along with the good news from Spain hoping to see some movement back up

Don't forget about AUD...double bottom and good news out of it....hence the fall.

Hello:

I just wanted to post this nice little morsel. It has some strong support, but I think we could have lots of fun up here with her with this break out and weekly tiger. I am thinking we should see 1.5 in the next week two considering that we dont get a pull back and close above weekly support.

Critical point here.. will it break or bounce?.. can any of you future predicts give me the answer. Seriously though.. what do you think? should I close or keep it open?

from my amateur point of view.

I think 1.43 needs to be tested before it can go up. why? Fridays action both bulls and bears lack real direction.

I am thinking of placing a buy limit at 1.43. myself.

A decisive break of 1.45 and hold on close of day and hold above 1.45 close of the next day would convince me that bullishness is back to possibly test 1.50.

If it stays above 1.4330 it will explode above 1.4430.It looks %99 bullish now.Possibly will open a gap up around 50-70 pips.

Considering that AudUsd is in a comfortable selling position.
I recommend buying this pair. Tight Stop of 1.4225, target of 1.460 Mayb xtending towards 1.490

Monday's can be such a doozy.

That gap on open, the 4hr Doji. The subsequent big bearish 4Hr candle from London open today. Any break and close of 1.42 is downright bearish. If it breaks back up above 1.43 it still could be bullish but I'd imagine it may sideways for a day or so.. I want to see that downward sloping trendline from 27th of August broken though.

We've got FOMC as well on Wednesday it may influence EUR/AUD.

I still don't like Monday's price action for any bullish upside. This pair has been range bound for a while so it could be forming a decent base to launch up from. I think a break and hold of 1.44 will confirm that the bulls are still in charge but being between 1.42-1.44 it is in no mans land.



I am not trading this pair long term.

Agreed. Also if it happens that it retest then it will be good LVL for long & minimum of up wave should be 1.4770. Waiting for PA @ 1.4450 LVL.
