i trade on the 4hr time frame where price action is more accurate and reliable and i risk 3% per trade and i have a max exposure of 6%. In my opinion anything between 1-3% per trade is moderate and a max exposure between 5-6% is safe.

I am, what you would call conservative and I trade max 2% (I feel like I'm at Traders Anonymous gathering, have name tag "Bob" on my left side of the chest and everyone will start clapping, while I'll be sitting back in the chair)

Right now, 3 - 5% is suitable for my brain & nerve.
10% = Heart attack

The amount of money which is risk usually double when i trade in the trades which am very much confident enough if there are more chances of winning. I bet more for the high probability trades.

I think that good profit is near by 5-7% at month, and loses is 2%

No pain risk, no gain is usually said when you are risking (in our case) more than 10%

What size account do you trade? A lot of people trade very small accounts so risking >3% may not seem like a big deal.

Trade a big account and see how you feel about risking 5-10%... Really?

I risk 90 pips at most. not really counting how much percentage is 90 pips worth.
