Hello fellow traders!

I am posting this message to give you bad news and good news. Bad news first!

I've received several emails from YouTube where they say that most of the supply and demand videos I had happily uploaded to share with you have been removed for one of these reasons:

1. Copyright infringement
2. Copyright strike
3. Matched third party content

They even tagged videos where I explained my own methodology and used my own spreadsheet and indicators to draw higher timeframe levels. Supply and demand teaching is not patented so far, as far as I know.

I understand that some of the material can be seen as copyrighted because I talk about the terms OTA (Online Trading Academy) talks about, but there are many other ideas and nuances that belong to me, but well the big boys claim to have the right to do that, and I guess the law is with them apparently.

I was never an OTA student; I couldn't afford their courses, I would have joined if I had had the money, but I didn't. But I did watch many free Sam Seiden videos on Internet as well as other material available at many forums, so I did nothing wrong, it was available for all to see, used to get new clients sign up with their course.

The fact is that most videos have been removed and are no longer accessible.

NOW THE GOOD NEWS. I am still here, I will be holding this Friday's live webinar and other webinars.

There are big forces not interested that this information is disclosed. I understand that supply and demand is a universal force, it's how the markets and life works as we've conceived it in our era. If you want to tell others about it, it's normal that you will have to talk about the same things, because it's universal, it governs us. But you know, money rules and you have either to kneel down or give up, or look for other solutions to continue helping others, because this is all about helping others. But also I don't want my personal life affected by it, I am working on that.

I am also overwhelmed by the amount of private emails I get from you asking very different things, from personal questions to my particular view on a trading setup. It's using up SO SO much of my free time to respond to all messages. But well, I am happy to do it.

I am really sorry about this, I didn't expect this to happen at all. It's beyond my control, sorry!

I was about to post this message and I got another email, this time from Forex Factory and OTA, I believe they are gonna do something about the thread, it might probably be removed... who knows!!!

You must be kidding me! This is absolute BULLSHIT AND A JOKE!



But you know what I see is glaringly obvious from this?

You have worried them. You have worried them to the point, that they are trying to suppress you out of FEAR.

If there was ever a time we could be sure that Alfonso's method is far superior to what these fools are trading, it is now.

They are running scared, and this is the proof!

If not, then why would they bother wasting their time with a small thread, that is only a petty 100 pages long on a public forum? F E A R.

I thought GOOD traders were supposed to control their fear? Well, at least we now know that those salesmen are not good traders either.


If anything, you should be proud of yourself Alfonso. They have recognized your success, and see you as a potential threat that needs to be shut down. I congratulate you and hope you see the positivity behind their cowardly actions.

I certainly hope that you can continue to share your supply and demand experience. I have found it to be information which I can relate to and see how it functions in moving the flow of transactions. All the best.

I am very sorry to read this Alfonso. I look forward to reading all the posts on the forum and I have learnt so much from you. I am in australia so cant attend all the webinars and watch them on you tube. I really hope you and all your very clever technical friends can work out a solution. Is there another blog you can set up or something. I dont ever look at any other forums as yours is by far the best I have ever seen. You are a very good kind person who helps others and gives so much of your time to do so. Thankyou very much.

That's a real shame to hear Alfonso, I hope you can sort things out and this thread can continue on either here or somewhere else.

At times like these I wish I really didn't take Youtube videos for granted...so if anyone had the habit of downloading the webinars please share with the rest of us. Other than that I'm with you Axlz, the first thing that went trough my head was "copy every panoramia post into a document". Everyone should save at least the first post since those are the rules of this great trading strategy.

On the off chance it doesn't work out I just want to say THANK YOU Alfonso for this very informative thread on SD trading, your time and effort put into making us understand the logic behind all this, and generally trying to make us strangers into better traders. Only a 100 pages long, but worth a 100 times that.

I've found your content really, really useful so far though! You could always try uploading the videos again to an alternate website like vimeo?

EDIT: Actually given the emails you've received I definitely wouldn't upload anything else anywhere. Still I hope that the thread can continue to exist!

It looks like OTA general counsel is claiming these things:

1. That I've contacted OTA several times by phone, which is a lie, why should I? To hack their cray computers through a landline to steal information from them?
2. That I've claimed to have written the copyrighted material myself. Did I ever say that? If they have read the thread or watched the webinars, I do claim the opposite thing, I talk about OTA, the good things about them, etc. Some screenshots on some pages were taken from material I found on other forums, it's all out there for free
3. Is it right to post that copyrighted material in here? No, I believe it's not. That's my mistake. But I can't remove some of those screenshots, because Forex Factory does not allow us to edit/delete posts
4. Since Forex Factory received a letter from OTA's lawyer, I guess that FF will just block or delete my thread's content because maybe there are some images taken copied from the internet (available for anybody who looks for them, OTA, and anybody), instead of just deleting that "material" they claim to be copyrighted, it will be faster and better for them to terminate the thread I guess
5. They are asking me to remove the material from the thread but they don't mention what material, just points to some courses to which I don't have access to. I can't delete the posts since FF does not allow editing/deleting them, so we can't do anything

I am not going to do anything about it, because if this has happened it's because it just had to happen. Forex Factory has the last word about it. They could delete those "posts" they claim that are copyrighted, they do not refer to them though in their letter, so what will Forex Factory do? We'll know very soon.

Some OTA guy/girl is for sure infiltrated in the mailing list I have, only people that contacted me via FF or Youtube have had access to my email address, so I am sure they are watching me. If I shared some "copyrighted material", I am sorry for that, I guess it was easier for me at the moment to copy/paste some images/slides instead of building them myself which is what I've been doing for the last weeks. The information was available out there for anybody who looked for it, but 99% of the information posted on this thread comes from my own experience, nobody helped me and I didn't attend any OTA courses nor did I call them. How did I make it? Working very very hard!

We'll see what happens. Life is beautiful, I'm always positive. If this is happening is just because something much better is coming next!

If Forex Factory reads me and knows about the thread, they will know that I'm not claiming to have created the methodology. Supply and demand is universal, I just took some ideas from here and there, added my own nuances, spreadsheet, created indicators and new rules... That's just what I did. Feel sorry about that copyrighted material/slides/images, but I can't do anything about it now.

P.S. I've personally contacted forex factory staff regarding this issue. They know what they have to do and how, they have their terms and rules. I'm at their hands, whatever they decide it's ok, I can't, we can't do anything about it. Let's hope it's all positive and good things will come out of all this

Alfonso is a good man, and he has done nothing wrong here. Please do due diligence and find out for yourselves. He has done nothing wrong.

The only thing he can be guilty of is helping others out of the goodness of his heart.

Sorely disappointed with OTA. I agree with Alfonso that all of his slides, info etc are available from the free webinars and articles from OTA, and he has done his due diligence in giving them the credit. I don't see how a copyright is being infringed when that information is available publicly to begin with. I believe the problem is that OTA is using the exact same slides in their free articles/webinars for their courses, as such they claim that Alfonso is using course material on his thread.

OTA could have seen this thread as free publicity for them, unfortunately they chose otherwise. I don't know about the rest but this turns me off towards OTA rather than lead me to be interested in their 18k course (Not that I am to begin with).

Its sad when a generous and helpful man is being persecuted by money hungry course providers. Really hope that things work out well and Alfonso, know that you're doing a good thing and we know that you've done nothing wrong.

Since we're in this discussion, just want to take the opportunity to point out something trading related that I personally feel OTA has got wrong.

1. They advocate trading counter trend speed bumps as long as the RR and odds enhancers are good enough. If there are levels on top of levels, even better.
2. Sam Seiden says that he ignores the news and that price is going to do what it is going to do anyway.

Alfonso always encourages us not to blindly believe something but to test it out. With regards to the above two points, I've had enough experience to know that it doesn't work. Counter trend speed bumps will fail most of the time regardless of how good the level is or whether there are levels on top of levels. Even more so if you trade in the face of major news (Ever seen 3-4 counter trend speed bumps breaking within seconds of a major news?). I've spent many precious months doing those things and losing so many trades until I realized the futility of it. Till now I still see many traders doing the exact same thing and getting confused when they keep losing.

In my opinion, Alfonso has through his hard work and testing identified many flaws of the original S/D teachings as well as incorporated many new working concepts (engulfs, compression etc) from various threads. He has came up with a system and rules which in my opinion are ingenious and all encompassing. I've spent months on many S/D threads/sites (PriceIsEverything, ReadTheMarket, AceGazette, Kenneth Lee, PA by Julexo, One Minute Wonder, LJ Forex, Sam Seiden etc) and that is my conclusion. The problem with many other threads is that they either only post after the fact or the traders have so much market "feel" and discretion that it is very hard to learn from them because they don't have fixed rules. I know Alfonso's strategy works because he posts before the fact and his trades really do follow his rules. I'm still far from getting it all right but I really can see the potential of his strategy.

So yep, I hope that whatever happens, there will be a way to keep this going, perhaps through a new thread or removal of any OTA related material from this one. Hope things work out well, and here is a setup for today which I believe should be valid

Oh and also AUD pairs, many of which have engulfed opposing zones after the AUD news. I personally like GBPAUD H4 DBR long at 1.6955 and AUDNZD H1 DBD Short at 1.14548.

Concerning that AUDNZD short, the issue I see at this point, is that we don't have any bearish candles that stayed away from it.

I have been in this situation before (months ago), and I just went back to check it, and it was an identical scenario. Alfonso said not to go short when we don't have any candles that stayed away from the zone.

In this case, we currently only have 1 bearish candle coming out of the zone, and a bullish candle. Unless we see more movement to the downside, I will not take that 1H zone on the AUDNZD.

I'm pretty just a lurker anymore on these forums but do follow yours. Thank you for the time you put into everything you did and this is what happens when your successful. Your a good person.

Unbelievable.....

1) Firstly, well done on spending clearly a HUGE amount of YOUR OWN TIME time in producing all the material you have and making it FREELY available (on Youtube and FF).
2) I have never seen you claim to own any of this information. The fact you mention OTA in a number of your videos is really a plug for them if anything.
3) 99% of all strategies on FF would be considered copyright as nobody on this site would be using original principles.
4) If OTA think that they 'created' supply demand trading then they are fools.

Just reading through the news from Alfonso, and the reactions, I fully agree with everything that has been said.
Let's hope FF will listen to your site of the story Alfonso, because I have not come across anything from OTA on this thread that I hadn't seen before on free material from OTA.

Do you plan to object to the removal of the video's on Youtube?

If everything goes for the worst, I hope you will start over again here on FF or elsewhere.

It my personal conviction that we should never let the rich company's with there lawyers have there way when they absolutely wrong.

I do hope we will here a lot from you Alfonso, and I do hope we will here a lot of each other and many more, in fact, I'm counting on it.

very very sorry to hear that. See it like a bad trade, it happens... now plan your next trade.

If you are going to continue, or start a new thread and also start to record some new videos, I think they do not have a chance to stop you.
Just let OTA say, what exactly they want to have removed with a exact explanation. After that we will start again and build up a much more better and stronger thread/system.

By the way:
1, Supply and Demand is not OTA ownership
2, Different TF's are not OTA ownership
3, Buy low Sell high is not OTA ownership
4, Indicators are not OTA ownership
5, Talking about that is not OTA ownership
6, etc.
