Reasons to get out: overlapping bars just below the PP and just above 61.8 retracement of the last leg and bullish divergence on cci and a bit on macd, I had a lengthy initial TP initially on one part, but I change decisions based on the facts and I was right, this time...

Good morning/afternoon/evening everybody.

Not going to be hanging around much today until we are ready to see what the FOMC discussed in July.
We are having some stormy weather here. Still bloody hot but some nice thunderstorms. I love this kind of weather so I am going out to enjoy it.
If I get struck by lightening, then I think we will see the E/U at parity by the end of the day

Seriously, I don't see how anything is going to happen until the FOMC minutes are released, and when they are released, unless they contain some major revelations, I don't see any massive action afterwards either.

I like venzen's EW count and until 1.3600 is broken, it remains valid.

If I had to guess, I would say that the market is not going to be happy with what they read in the minutes and we will see the dow drop a few hundred points more and take many risk correlated currencies with it... such as the EUR, GBP, CAD and AUD.
As for USD/JPY, I think it will continue to bounce inside it's contracting triangle for now. Which way it breaks out is yet to be seen.

I have a question for you if you do not mind answering :

the II SupDem Indicator draws all sort of boxes, also levels that I do not consider important, I can delete them, but the always coming back at the beginning of the start of the new candle in the timeframe that I am monitoring.

Do you know if there is a way that the do nor reappear? Thank you in advance.

In the settings you can turn off "solid retouch" and set "no weak zones" to true

EU 5m TF:
Long X2, made 9 pips coved half, moved SL to BE with TP @ 34.04, risked 7 pips (1%). Now market can decide.
Reasons: Support, macd histo bullish divergence and 50% retrace of the larger leg. The magic three.

Done for the day, not bad for a slow day. Patience often is the key.

There should be little penetration. While currently are insufficient about 3 -4 pips.
