still a chance if the players try to bid up the buyout but with the vote date moved out I'm prolly screwed.

Tesla down to $80 for me , better with a 6 month option but you never know you may be right

took an august 17th 21-put on SLW yesterday afternoon, hope for quick drop to retest the low, or at least a drop to $20.70 or so. I will have to look at the hour chart in order to decide.

Have spent time today scanning thru lot of small cap stocks, building up some watch lists. Looked at pharma mostly today. Lots of action in some of em, although many are thinly traded with big spreads in the options.

I might buy some NVO puts if I see it get above $180...

Have started to buy Dec SDS calls. Starting at $42 strike. Will sell Sep $35 puts to offset.

Took a gamble on a bit of a market rebound this week though with $14 w VXX puts, got in at $0.07...

i'm seeing a good sell off in all the indexs coming, SDS calls look good

OC is setting up for a nice buy
waiting until it pauses its down momentum a little bit more!
will take a look at the 15 or 5 minute timeframe

will need to see a good green day Friday with VXX closing in $13.xx for VXX $14 puts to break even or better.

I will not be surprised to see some further S&P highs this month, if Fed heads lay off the jawbone...

Will be watching Asia and Euro Friday but I'd expect another green day tomorrow. I just need it to be a big one to help my short term trades. Also I am looking for more & better entries for SDS Dec puts, I'd like to see SDS dip into $35.xx or lower before the end of the month, pretty good bet that will come to pass.

Watching UNG with a fearful eye, as I sold $18 Aug puts, need a >$18 close by next week's close.

lol, when will I learn not to tug on Superman's cape? I was actually up almost $1.00 on those puts and I put on a stoploss at +$0.15, so I made a few bucks net. Similarly priced otm calls paid >$5.00 on the afterhours frenzy. A straddle would have been a good play, thought about it, scared off by the high prices, but I'd be @ >$3 itm now if I'd done it.

ok, VIX bottom for the year will be in this month, with VXX into $13.xx or maybe even $12.xx.

VXX Oct $25 calls lt @ $0.26, maybe we see those bid down <$0.20, could be itm and worth >$2.00 if/when market freaks post actual Sept FOMC taper specifics....

However, any kind of long VXX play is statistically suspect:
