The principle is the same. Only the scale is different. The principle is a law is a rule. Rule all angles.

Rule of All Angles: Another important guideline is what Gann called the Rule of All Angles. When a market breaks an angle, it will move toward the next angle. This is because as time passes, an angle’s importance weakens and the market eventually breaks through. Therefore a market breaking the 2 x 1 angle will begin to move toward the 1 x 1 angle; just as a market breaking the 1 x 1 angle will eventually reach the 1 x 2 angle. Conversely, in an up move, an angle that holds the 1 x 2 angle is likely to rally to the 1 x 1, just as overtaking the 1 x 1 is likely to lead to a rally to the 2 x 1.

Yesterday I started to write about the right questions. Correct question: where is the support? If properly identify where support we will be able to correctly identify where resistance. In other words, where is the target.

You need to decide whether what is happening is a breakthrough or penetration.
Penetration. Means that the price will come back over the line.

hey all, just got back from a short vacay... now back to work!

the Key Zone discussed in my last update was overshot, but, they key is not the "break"... its the "hold", which failed miserably
We can see that a 78.6% retrace gave us a near perfect 127% extension target... which also got us down through some pretty significant support levels
the sharp bounce yesterday was to be expected given the strength of the down move and the divergences building up
the highlighted zone is the critical level... anyone still bullish on this pair would want to see EJ hold this zone
As long as the current CT/retrace doesnt go too far past the 130.5 level, i see 126 on the cards in fairly short order
From a PPA viewpoint... the writing has been on the wall for a long time (for those who would chose to read it)... I have been, and remain, firmly bearish on all yen pairs (short entries for EJ at 132.6,131,6,129.5)
