My feeling is, that the big move may come today with the FOMC statement. But on the other hand the Draghi had spit often enough in our soup lately :-(

ups, that was fast


you could have seen this beforehand by looking on tick-volume (Better Volume Indicator). There was some pretty stopping volume, plus, important, the CCI 14 on 15min TF was around -300.

When in scalping mode, I tend to take the -250 / -250 CCI 14 readings as threshold. Such values you can most of the time trade as counter trade without looking at anything else

I still have a hint for some more upside (before anything else happens, tomorrow at latest). This may not be much but enough to stop out those who are already on the short side.
Yesterday afternoon has led me into a trap so my wounds are still a little bit itchy.

About the picture: I'm not fully bearish until the price goes steadily below 1.32455 and the blue line (21 EMA) crosses the golden line (67 EMA).

Neutral lines for today are shown in the chart (1.32890 and 1.32455). Ping-pong in between, sell below, buy above.

Downside targets: 1.3204, 1.3128/3122, 1.3061/51.
Upside targets: 1.3299/3306, 1.3357.

For me the only question is: was the impulse down, which lead to the triangle, is part of an impulse down, or is it the wave A, the triangle the wave B, and the next big impulse down the wave C of this zigzag?

Did you short into support yesterday afternoon?


On Murrey Math 3245 to 3230 has to be taken out. Then we should have fine sailing down towards 3184, extended 3153.

The line is from the bottom because that is how a pennant triangle is supposed to be drawn according to the rules of technical analysis as they pertain to PA patterns.

To our regret Vozniy not yet prepared monthly forecast.
He was very engaged in triangles. These are two of the rules that make Vozniy to complicate the picture.
