Added Oz into the scalping mix. Was planning to hold both buys but took one off and grabbed the pips on offer.

To be honest I'm finding M1 is getting very tiring. The hardest thing is keeping eyes from being sore.

So I'm now practicing on EU, GU, UJ and AU and mostly playing H1/M30/M15 with M5 pa.

Supply and demand is all much the same across all pairs and timeframes. Here's some UJ scalps.

I notice that you are not posting as frequently, is this because you are trading less, or because of the added pressure of trading for a living?

Nope, I'm still around. Although it does seem interest in this type of trading seems pretty low.

I guess people know what I do by now so not really that much more to add.

C-12, nice thread. You basically use demand and supply levels to trade the 1 min chart. I am still learning how to incorporate it into my trading. The problem is how to use the higher time frame to pick the levels on the 1 minute time frame. Could you help shed more light in that regard? I hope am not a bother...pls bear with me. thanks

Guys, participate. Ask questions.

Best way to learn is to read this thread or threads like BS Trading by Kenneth Lee, PIE or Romancing the Price ... all good to learn how to trade this stuff.

But more important is practical usage and apply it yourself.

Post some charts, ask what was good / bad ... dont think your charts are not good enough or people look down on it , thats not true, we are all traders that want to help each other.

Supply and Demand trading can be learned it's just a matter of time and discipline. So if you are interested, take part of it :-)
