Im pretty much in the same boat... 3.1% underwater for the month so far. Not sweating it though. I'll keep selling the Euro strength till it kills me.

3710 would be a disaster for my July gains (losses), but if that is what it wants to do, then so be it. I can handle the drawdown. Proper MM is key here.
Anyway, this is a correction, not a reversal.

Hmm, I really do not know right now what to make EW wise of the moves.


The move down from 34x could be an ABC-zigzag.

This may either be part of the bigger correction (maybe X-wave down, now in Y up), or it is part of a leading diagonal down (the wave 1 zigzag down), so we are now in wave 2 up.

We should drop now at least to 3062 area, I do think


Mean reverting on M15 would give 2947

on H1 2866 and on H4 2880


On daily TF the mean is 3106, on weekly 3052 and monthly 3315 - so daily and weekly we mean reverted already

Yesterday evening when I closed my short around 280x, I was thinking about the chances to go deeper.


For more downside I had severe issues with counting the waves. The move did not channel well, the momentum distribution was kind of weird.

On daily TF I managed to get two counts:

a) a completed impulse with an extended wave 5

b) an ABC zigzag



Looking at a weekly chartwe now get problems with a bearish count. Only solution for securing the bearish count would be, that we are now in a leading diagonal down, now in wave 2 up

i think its time to short eurjpy. with small target 127.65

and big target 113.85
