A continuation of the last post/chart:

Quick update on the GBP/$ trade:

Set my limit at 1.5170 and it was hit, capturing 97 pips. Done for the week as my AUD/$ trade has also hit its limit.

Been trading the AUD/$ (among other pairs), and thought I'd post something on it here:

What a great trading day! Traded the GBP/$, the GBP/AUD, and the E/$. Multiple trades in the GBP crosses, and a single trade in the euro...many pips! No time for charts now but may post some later.

Chart work for the GBP/$. Will skip the others from today.

Trade #4 exited with a small loss of 9 pips. Netted 223 pips today.

No charts right now, but thank you Chairman Bernanke. Am long the GBP/$ at 1.5022 and 1.5045; long the E/$ at 1.2982 and 1.3013; and short the $/JPY at 99.87.

Stop on my euro trades is now at 1.3124, protecting about 260 pips; stop on the GBP trades is now at 1.5140, protecting about 225 pips; and stop on the yen trade is at 98.80, protecting 110 pips. these are pretty tight because this seems a bit of an over reaction.

Edit 1: now at 1.3174, 5174, and 98.70. protecting an additional total of 178 pips, about.
Edit 2: took my stops on all trades. Waiting for a pullback for another go at them!

Hi, good to hear from you. We were in Munich, Dusseldorf, Mainz, and Fussen while in Germany, and spent some time in Switzerland, too. Had a great time but I failed to run even one day over the entire vacation. Time to get back on track tomorrow, and will be trading tomorrow, too. Good trading and you live in a great country!

Trading the GPB/JPY and GBP/AUD this morning with several nice trades completed and two still running. Waiting for NFP in about 1hr 45min

Here is the GBP/AUD trade (am out of the GBP/JPY trade from yesterday). The small pull back after NFP actually hit a .386 fib where it sat for a while, then moved on up through the rest of the trading session, and that is where my stop is sitting until tomorrow night.

Update on my GBP/AUD trade. Moved my stop to protect an additional 45 pips, ahead of the pending AUD announcement.

Update: I moved my stop to 1.7231, after being up about 308 pips when it hit 1.7269 (my entry is 1.6961).

Thanks Gefx, very impressive. I'm currently in this short. What do you think?
