Gold is taking a nice nose-dive, too, today.



I do think that Gold is in a somewhat longer lasting upwards correction (a wave 4 of a wave 3). This can drag out for weeks.

The recent top around 126x would then be the wave A of 4.

Maybe one gets a nice long opportunity around 1219 to 1203 with targets around 1300

Look at the 4h MMSMP first. The 4h TF seems to be the best on MM and MMSMP for determining the levels most of the time.

On 4h MMSMP we are currently below the -2SD level. So chances for mean reverting gets quiet high. Since we can not rule out fat tails, most of the time the -4SD is then a good place to determine the risk, when going long here.


On daily TF we have the -2SD at around 2803. A -2SD is more often reached than not, when market is strong trending down (as it is doing right now).

So with what I said earlier regarding Murrey Math and fib-levels, the 280 area has a good chance to be hit, even the area down to 2757 has a good chance.

But around that level we highly likely will see some mean reverting or ranging (to bring the means down).


I would wait with longs at least for 2848 to 2817.

But upper side right now seems to be protected and limited by 2940

In fact I will not trade this for the long side before 2787 to 2756. And when this levels are reached, keep in mind, the overall direction is down and the retracement to the upperside can be short and short lived
