The results on the website are actual results from live trading. We say these are hypothetical because they are past results and may not represent the results we may incur moving into the future. Our clients need to know that while we have one of the most stable trading systems in terms of consistency, past results will never define the results moving into the future. We have close to 7 years of performance statements, but only post trailing 6 months - 1 year because the size of the account matters as well as most recent price action.

Social trading networks are untrustworthy in my opinion because you never know where the signals are coming from. For example if you setup multiple accounts and interlink them you can copy trades from other traders linking into 1 account and list them on social networking and become a provider without actually doing any trading. Our clients know that all the analysis and signals come from Aloeus Capital Management and we are not a middleman. We also meet our clients face to face when setting up accounts and help define their risk levels. In addition, our trading systems are proprietary and our calls do not need to be freely distributed to the general public. The fear of reverse engineering and non-permitted duplications are real. Our traders have 20+ years of experience and many systems built on the backs of their own research and hard work.

My point about Social Trading is a bit different, I think it have a great potential. Right now it is in the early stages, but I believe it can change the financial landscape. For sure there is a lot of work to do, but changes are never easy. I know, if we help each other we can improve together.

do i need mt4 to get your signals ? what software do you use for distributing your signals ?

yes, you would need an mt4 account but would not need to have it running. The mt4 account would attach to our servers and duplicate our trades with proper position sizing.

Proprietary Replicator software that allow clients to replicate trades that we make onto their MT4 accounts following their own money management settings.

The replicator software works with any broker worldwide who supports an MT4 account. Your account is connected by a website interface run on dedicated servers. There is no software to download or install. You do not need to keep your home computer or your MT4 account running for trades to be replicated. Clients will be able to set their own money management options in their client areas to suit their trading needs. It is not a VPS or an EA that needs to be on the mt4 account.

i call bullshit here , it is not because it are past results that they are hypothetical, in that way nobody would ever be able to post actual results, watch people , this looks like a scam

I am not sure what seems scammy here. It's a way of saying past results do not define how well we will do in the future. I can not promise certain returns over any time frame as we don't predict price movements. Nobody has a crystal ball. As a trader I am assuming that you yourself will even put up some negative trades from time to time. The main thing to take away from our trading chart is not that it produced excellent returns over a certain period, but that the account equity never deviates from account balance in a way which can cause large drawdowns. What I hope to convey through my charts and statistics is not that I will make anyone a millionaire overnight, but that I will do my best to control risk, preserve capital, and create profit.

While I am truly happy with the performance shown on the chart. I would personally be happy with 125% ROI as long as the risk is controlled in a manner in which it does not create the possibility for 10%-30% account loss or drawdown. In addition, our clients gain access to our research, analysis, and trade journals which explains how, when, and why we took our trades. I do not know of anyone else in the industry that does this. In addition we take small accounts so clients can try us out $400 min(has to do with proper position sizing).

FACT IS THAT IF YOU HAVE ACTUAL RESULTS YOU DON'T HAVE TO SAY THEY ARE HYPOTHETICAL, when showing

Backtested results ,like you probably are doing, then yes, you have to call them hypothetical.

Please note that while I am open to answering questions, I will not allow disrespectful posting like this. Their is no need for this if you have a question ask it. Believe me I know NFA guidance, and the difference between actual and hypothetical trading results. I am posting this as hypothetical because blasting real performance results and advertising even in forums is extremely hard to get the NFA to agree to. see NFA 2-29(c) about advertisement. That is why this is setup to be a discussion and to simply track our performance in the present and past results are listed as hypothetical. You as well as the NFA believe that trading results should carry larger risks and they do everything they can to make you list that in your performance data. For example listing trading results requires the lister to include all fees and commissions in strict compliance with CFTC Regulation 4.25(a)(7). this would be fine if Separately Managed Accounts didn't have variable risk and different amounts of capital in each account. So to be in strict compliance with these rules would be quite hard. While one account with 10k might set risk to 50% of what the actual trading account publishes or someone uses 300% of the risk the actual account uses would receive quite different results. So since we do not control the accounts risk as it is duplicated through accounts, I am making no claim to the risks other than the fact there are risks. Forex trading does carry risk. If you think forex trading does not carry risk then you are not ready to be investing in forex trading products because you are not an sophisticated investor. With that said since I am not running a fund but what is regarded as a signal copy service, It is hard for me to fully list all risks associated with this "service" other than the risk associated with the main system.

As for the 0% chance of 10% drawdown, please note I use extremely small micro-allocation techniques using 10%-25% of the account without leverage as initial risk for the beginning of the trades. I then build additional capital and leverage ONLY INTO PROFIT in direction of payments whether interest rate or dividend based. I have attached an image to help in understanding how this reduces risk. While this is a basic description of how risk is controlled it is the basis for our control. Notice the X's on the left side of the bell curve. Trades generally will be initiated at 0 or the middle of the normal bell curve chart. Instead of applying full capital at zero we apply a very small fraction to the initial position. We then use stops at -1 Std eliminating the losses from -1 std to -3 or -4 std away from zero to the loss side. In addition, we search for the very far right tail profits. We continue to allocate capital through the trade as long as the trade continues to produce profits. This allows us to produce profits many many times greater than our risk as we limit losses but do not limit gains.

Here is a numbers example:

A $10,000 account buys 1,000 units of aud/usd or 10% of the account. A stop is placed at 200 points away from entrance meaning that the total loss on this trade is 20$ or .2% of account capital. As this trade develops we continue to buy more and more using the previous initial trade entry to buffer fluctuations in equity and keep the accounts initial balance protected. This trade may run 1,000 - 2,000 + points and we may inject as much as $15,000 or 1.5 times leverage by the end. at that point we have seen risk: reward of 1:5 to 1:10 or even more but not just that. Because the trade size continues to grow the profit ratio can be even wider 1:100 or 1:200 etc. So unless we hit 50 or more consecutive losing trades in a row we will not see 10% loss. But even if the statistics says there is a 0% chance, it will always exist it just statistically can not be defined.
