Looking for a Hi Lo EA

HI,
I'm looking for an EA that buy every time (accumulate buy...) CLOSE > (HIGHER CLOSE of last 200 Periods) and close ALL buy when CLOSE < (LOWER CLOSE of last 200 periods).


The inverse for short selling ... short every time (accumulate short...) CLOSE < (LOWER CLOSE of last 200 periods) and close ALL short when CLOSE > (HIGHER CLOSE of last 200 Periods)

Can please anyone help me to code this EA ??
