Great group of collective traders, been with them for a few months now. Daily Videos, Levels, Technicals, Live Chatroom, and longer term fundamental analysis (Besides the core signal service). I think they offer a 14-day free trial with no commitment.
I have been with these guys for over two months and have just decided to cancel my subscription. Reasons include:
1. Firstly, their performance is not as good as they claim. Not to mention slippage which in several occasions can be 10+ pips, their dishonesty and membership fee of US$250/month or US$3000/year that equal to 300 pips on a standard lot, spread only can cost average 120 pips per month (40 trades/month x 3 pip av. spread) which means 1440 pips/year. This number makes their last year result stands at 2675.14 pips rather than 4115.14 pips they claim. A novice normal trader like me can still do even better than them.
2. Seconly and what is important to me is their dishonesty. Actually, not all the guys are bad (in fact, most of them are helpful), but Mike, their leader, is a dishonest and unfair person who makes me feel disappointed. There are many evidents for me to conclude he is dishonest:
- He never announce SL orders on time if the SL is barely hit, in fact, it seems he tries to delay the announcement until some members say that they are not stopped out and then he comes up with "still in position" statement. He keeps on explaining that this is due to the difference between brokers' quote but what I see is so strange: he always have higher bid price when a long is stopped out and lower bid price when a short is stopped out so that he is "still in position" even when I'm trading with 4 different brokers (FX Pro, FXCM, Pepperstone and Admiral Markets) and my positions are stopped out on all of them. I have tried to ask Mike what broker he is using both in public chatroom and in private chat but he simply never answered. This dishonesty also affects their subscribers' result when following them as many of their subscribers were completely stopped out while they were "still in position" and claimed winning trades thereafter.
- Many times when he announces a trade (enter or exit) when price has moved far from his price but he never want to correct the trade. For example, one time he announced the exit of a long NZDUSD order 30s AFTER NZD news when price has already moved 30+ pips. He claimed the loss as -9 pips but in fact, none of his subscribers could get a better of -27 pips and as a result, their claimed performance is at least 18 pips better than their real performance. This happens several time during my 2-month subscription.
I’ve been with globalfxclub for about a year now, and honestly I have little to no complaints, Ive tried about 10 different Forex services but I’m pleased at what globalfxclub has to offer. Not only do their team provide trades, they also include 3 live webinars a week, recorded videos, technical analysis on pairs, commodities, futures of your choice upon request and in-depth fundamental articles on major news events. They focus a lot of attention to their members in the chat room which I enjoy, I feel comfortable asking Liam, Chris, or mike (the moderators) any questions I have regarding Forex, brokers, trade setups etc. Not to mention they send out their trade alerts via Chat room, email, Skype, twitter, and sms text.
My account since joining their service has took a huge leap forward. I believe they had only one down month in the last 12months and in my opinion that’s meaningless when considering Forex is one of the hardest areas of trading to succeed in. I 100% recommend their service for anyone looking for a combination of successful trades and education while interacting with fellow members in the chat room bouncing off trade ideas and setups. I’ve been so pleased with their quality trades and risk management that I even enrolled in their coaching program, which is a bargain for your money, I’ve seen coaching programs and mentor programs out there for 5x as much as what globalfxclub offers. I can’t describe in any more words how happy I am to have found these guys
