I just simply followed the indicator and put in pending orders with stop loss as the system description and let it run. The overall result was positive but discuraging.
Then a second attempt with selective TP. For example on GJ that moves on a bigger range, used entry points as per the original criteria, but if the first 4hr candle was under 60 pips I went for TP3 on both sides, if the first candle was under 100 pips I went for TP2 only and if the first candle was 100+ pips I went for only TP1 level.
Also if lets say the trade went short and hit TP2 or TP3 I have reduced the long side only to TP1 not expecting a big enough move from the bottom to go long and hit TP2 or TP3 on the other side.
Unfortunalely I cannot monitor my trades as I have a full time job.
You have to adjust those entries to different Jap pairs as the different pairs move in different daily/weekly ranges.
Yesterday and today we learned a very valuable lesson. Both GJ and EJ (the two pairs I concentrate on) hit double top last week so we should have expected a short trade in the first part of the week and wait with the long entries.
I think this method can work with some fine tuning.
I am also just starting to experience with this since this week end...

guys, I have a question about trade entry... if I would like to take a short trade price must be 10 or 20 pips below the BOX LOW? is it a good way to set a pending order there or it's better to entry manually?

As Steve d says ..it is a bit of fun, it may yield pips but it is speculative,

Big job, ACE. I have just done a series of test, and it really works. I like maanual trading on my pc, but this is a weapon to add on my strategies. thank you so much..
When the moderator will change my status, it will be my pleasure tostart start publishing some trading system, i have something interesting, for example TS that works on the 30m chart, i call it "bancomat operation".. simply beacuse it is quick and simple! Bye to everybody..
