Looking for MA bands

hi can someone share the code on 10MA with 20 levels and -20 levels?

Are you saying that you want to create a MA channel with MA + 20 pips and MA -20 pips?
If so, you don't need any code, you can add them to the standard MT4 MA

Put in you MA and then in the edit window click the "levels" tab.
Click on "Add"
Double-click under "Level" and enter the required distance from the MA, then double-click under "Description" to give the level a name.
Click on "Add" again and repeat with the negative value.
Click "OK"

Depending on the pair, you may have to enter +200 and -200 because of the extra digit
Ie if EU is has 5 digits after the decimal point you would have to enter 200 to get the distance 20 pips

I want as a code so that I can just drag it to my chart

It depends not upon the pair in which you are trading
....................but if your broker may offer 4 or 5 digit.

Simply set it up however ya'ount to and save as template.
Open new chart.... select your template

there you have it !! ??
