Here is a little hint for the Custom_Zone_Candle_with_Index.mq4:

1. You can have the Index dot under the Candle and you do not need to see it.
Just set: Candle_Index_ArrowColor to the color of you chart background.
Mine is: 85,102,85
You can input any color, either from the default pallette, or any other.

2. You can change the color style of your Zone Candle to the PTECZ highlighting style:
Just set:
Custom_Zone_Candle_HL_Color = None
Custom_Zone_Candle_HH_Color = None
Custom_Zone_Candle_Color = Goldenrod (I like this color)

Try, experiment!

Did you save your favourite settings to a template?

Then, it is easy to apply with a couple of clicks!

False Break Outs vs. PTECZ

Today, I have decided to check some more on the FBO issue.
People keep telling me that trading Consolidations is dangerous
because of the False Break Out issue.

So, I started thinking, because before the PTECZ I, too, heard
about FBOs, but ever since the PTECZ they seemed to have dissappeared?

I asked my friend to show me some FBOs on his chart, so that I could check.

Here is the outcome:

My friend showed me this chart:

I find FBOs to be one of the best and most profitable reverse signals. Why fight with them when u can use them to pinpoint entry ?

Why consider them at all, if they are not there?

They seem to be only an interpretation, nothing else.

There is nothing to fight with!

Just, follow the PTECZ!

The PTECZ eliminates any neccessity to fight for or against!

I recommend you to spend couple of days on Futures market where you can see the actuall orders. You will change your mind after couple of days.

As much as i like the idea i have to say PTECZ skips a lot of important/nobrainer levels on the chart.
I recommend you to spend couple of days on Futures market where you can see the actuall orders. You will change your mind after couple of days.
FB tend to close a lot of players on the wrong side of market. That is very important information on which one can build whole strategy becouse it shows true orderflow behind PA.

Noe need to prove the fact. If market consolidates then it have to breakout. Sometimes all the BO liquidity gets consumed and price comes back to the range. Thats just market mechanics and PTECZ is based on same principals. Take the Gold W1 chart for example and the fact that major hedge funds have a big share in portfolio there

You are right, again.

But, think for a moment.
Consolidations can be from 1-tick long, couple of Pips long, tens of Pips long,
to hundreds of Pips long, or thousands of Pips long.
What is Break Out from lower Tf Consolidation is not Break Out on higher Tf.

The point is where you are trading!

It is contextual thinking!

If you think there is a Break Out that may be False, check PTECZ on higher TF.
Just look and see if the indi shows PTECZ on higher TF.

It might just prove, it is not a Break Out.

People get stuck on a context, that is why they lose.

Your context is already wider and assumes the taking advantage of the FBO.

I try to eliminate the issue, by showing a way, the PTECZ way.

Fully agree on the contextual thinking. Being open to all possibilities is very important.
Double bottoms are in downtrand We have strong breakout on W1 and some big players might loss their shirts sending it even lower
If it closes back above the support i will changhe my mind but at current moment there is fear and panic in the air, giving nice trade opportunity with low risk entry just watch next week.

Because it is a paradox.

Putting a different context into another context.

Where the two contexts, obviously do not match logically.

This is what movies are based on.
