Really the last few weeks have been good, but it seems that this system is very interesting, easy to operate and returns really rewarding.

I did a little test utilizanado 10% of the account on each weekend and so far with these numbers you gave me, he gave me more than 600% return. I think using 5% is good.

You are using a margin of 20 pips?

Hey guys this is my first post, I've been reading forex factory for months now just trying to learn all I can.

Anyways, I'm still looking to find a system that works for me and that I can actually use. I backtested this starting in january this year on GBP/JPY and it's pretty good. 100-200 pips a week on average. some weeks I only got breakeven, but with the amount pips from the other weeks the break evens aren't that big a deal.

I'm still pretty skeptical though, I mean most systems like this end up failing for some reason or another. What I wanted to ask was, anyone who has been doing this strat for a long period of time, how it has been working for you? Are you trading live or just demoing it?whats your win/loss ratio? Average pips/month? are there any weeks you don't make anything from it? also any other info you can give about the system would be greatly appreciated.

I'd really like to trade this, but i also don't want to waste a few weeks learning and testing to find out it sucks lol.

I can repeat the things that I have said in the past few pages,.....learn from other threads on this site, X MAN, TRADING MADE SIMPLE, ICHIMOKU, 3 DUCKS, 4 H METHODS

Learn price action, Bolinger bands, market base lines, SCHOOL OF BABYPIPS ETC, watch the news section, it is all here,

this is a speculative method that tries to catch the big moves on JPY....DEMO it, maybe go live to very small sums of cash.....!!

Losing weeks and losing months are all part of the fun.....if you want to make money though, I would learn a craft or trade, go to law school or med school,

trade in your spare time and maybe it will become a second string to your bow...

The rules are the same, only difference is to use the first 4 hour candles of trading in Sydney (australia)

If you are in another time zone, ie UK or US etc, you may feel that Sunday evening trading is irrelevant. To us in Australia, it is the first 4 hours of our trading session, 9 am to 1 pm

Hi PUNDIT78 ----I shall try and post the chart next time, I will run through it again though,

The strategy is ----look at the FIRST 4 hour CANDLES of a Jpy pair on Monday morning Australian time, (9 am, 10am 11am 12midday)

note the high and add 20

note the low and subtract 20

Subtract the low from the high to use as a Trailing Dynamic Stop loss..ie if high was 1.5480 and low was 1.5420..the stop/loss would be 60.

Create an entry order BUY for the high with the 20 added (demo account)

Create an entry order SELL for the high with 20 subtracted ( demo account)

ENSURE YOU INCLUDE YOUR STOP/LOSS

You can do it with more than one JPY pair............

if you set up as the original post on page 1, instead of a 4 hour candle, use 4 one hour candles, keep it simple, start at 9 am Oz(sydney)
